2am Sunday Night, 27degrees and Jason Miller and the MIR staff where still
able to provide a racing surface capable of setting a World Record pass for
Unibody FWD Street car (no wheelie bars). Earlier in the day they ran 7.96
in qualifying, but when the money was on the line in the JPC Street Fighter
Finals, James Kempf in his Competition Clutch Civic and the Speed Factory
team, poured in the coals and let it eat going 7.91 @ 196mph to take the
win over a sleeper of a car a 2v Ford Fairmount of WIlliam Bryant who go
the hole shot but just didn't have enough running 8.10 @ 169mph. Also enjoy
the GoPro angle looking back at and just enjoy the feel of acceleration

Englishtown Import Summer Slam 6/30-7/1/2012 - Airwerks by Borg Warner
presented by Full Race Sport FWD Triple Crown Championship Series Round 2
This is an event rewind compilation of Team Dynamic Performance, who
brought 4 cars to race in the Airwerks Sport FWD Class, weekend had it's
ups and downs, with the 2012 debut of Allan Jimenez's Eat Sleep Race /
Dynamic Performance redone EK Civic but had fuel pump issues and didn't get
a full pass. Alpha Paul Protacio, who got his competition license completed
2 weeks early god behind the wheel of "Black Lavender" the Borg Warner 67mm
coupe for his first event of the season, and first in nearly 10 years.
Qualified 8th with a 9.76 @ 152mph, fixed a 2nd gear dog over night and
came back to make it to the Semi-Finals, but lost to teammate Rolando
Blanco in La Carla after going red trying for needed whole shot against the
quicker car. Rolando qualified 6th in La Carla with a 9.49 @ 158mph.
Stayed consistent and made it to the finals against CCC Racing's Juan
Rodriguez, but unfortunately missed 3rd gear and ended up runner up. The
last member of the team this weekend was Joel Torres, who qualified #2 with
a personal best time of 9.35 @ 162mph, but lost a super close rd1 race to
Tim Mullen in his VW GTI by .002sec.

UPDATE: for all those who think this method means the motor wont last, here

been over a year and around 10k miles of hard beating.
