2001 Lincoln Continental Straight Pipes
Here's a picture of the straight pipe set up.
Only cost $27 to do. Bought straight pipe and clamps from a local muffler
shop. Dd the labor ourselves at home. Sounds way better in person, video
just does not do justice. Produces a great sound while going down the road.
Supposedly adds some horsepower.

2002 Lincoln Continental Start Up & Rev, Exhaust, In Depth Tour & Test Drive
Not bad for a 1 Owner FL car for $2950 huh???
Bird almost flew into me at 6:07
This car has an Intech 4.6L 32 Valve DOHC V8 producing 275 HP & 275 lbs Ft.
Torque while paired to a 4 Speed Auto.
Now, because this is a FWD car, Ford purposely detuned the engine so it
wouldn't easily murder the transmission which it still can As/Is. At full
potential, it kicks around 320+ HP & 400 HP+ with some mods.
I ditched the Taurus Wagon & got this for just a little more. For some
reason, I get much better gas mileage in this.
1972 Lincoln Continental Cold Start and Drive
This is a 1972 Lincoln Continental featuring the 460 c.i. (7.5L) 4bbl. V-8,
C6 transmission, and 9.25" removable carrier rear end. Power output is
224hp @ 4,400 RPM and torque is 357Lb./Ft. @ 2,800 RPM through a single Exhaust w/ resonator. Values are SAE net.
This is the first year of the "regular fuel" engines, so the compression
ratio is 8.5:1 (down from 10.5:1 from 1970). I go over some details about
the car in this video, perform a cold start, and a short drive to
demonstrate the unique speedometer. More videos about this car to come as
maintenance needs arise. Footage shot on 2/18/2012 using a Sony Handycam
model DCR-TRV27. There is a pause at 15:03, but keep watching. The video

Following up on a 1959 Lincoln Continental from the owner of a 1963 Olds 98
convertible "survivor" I recently acquired. This car was actually parked in
1993, so it's been sitting under a cover in the solitude of a residential
garage for almost 20 years...

As if a SUICIDE DOOR Continental wasn't badass enough! This Badass Lincoln
showed up at Street Car Takeover HOUSTON to show off at the car show at
Royal Purple Raceway and it was a show stopper! Very simple step, and very
sick! This would be a badass cruiser!
