AMAZING Edsel Barn Find, Rare Cars Parked and Left. Pacer Convertible, Rangers, Dodge Charger
5/4/14...Just saw this in person yesterday and it blew my mind. In what can be best described as a 2000 sq ft litterbox, I opened this barn to find almost 10 cars that seemed to have been parked 30 years ago...so tightly that it was hard to get between them. The most amazing cars in the lot were an Edsel Pacer Convertible, and a Dodge Charger. Both of these cars appeared to have been in pristine condition when parked. The seller's agent told me that they are in the process of removing the cars from the barn and going though them in preparation for selling them. Amazing!!!

REAL DEAL BARN FIND! 1968 Dodge Charger R/T #s Matching 440 All Original!
Found in a barn in Eastern Colorado, it had been sold new in Denver. The thumbnail pic is the car in the barn as it was found. It had been stored with the sparkplugs out of the motor so the block was seized. The paint appeared to be original and no bodywork had been done. There was rust present on the car but very little relatively speaking. The numbers on the datatag, motor, transmission, radiator support and trunk lid matched. This was a rare find!!

59 caddy barn find
sitting since 1972, theres more videos to come on this one, its neat to go through these old barn finds and see what was intombed in the glove box and trunk. Found a reciept for the repaint job, it was the $39 special but with the extras those paint crooks at earl schieb gouged these people for $101. But I guess if you drive a Caddy, you can afford to blow $100 on a paint job, must be nice???

70 Double Blown GTO
My 1970 GTO with two blowers. It's 474ci Pontiac engine with a 8-71 blower on top of a 6-71 blower. This is from the last day of being double blown. I'm going to one single 8-71 blower and going racing. The front clip was removed to make it easier to work on. The reason for the double blowers was not as a power enhancement like many ASSume. I stacked the blowers to have a car that stood out in the crowd. Most Pro Street cars were starting to blend together. If you seen one, you had seen them all. That wasn't the case with this GTO. Al someone had to say was "The double blower GTO" and people knew which car. I was told it couldn't be done, so I attempted it and it worked. It stayed that way for almost 2 years. I knew a twin turbo setup would make more HP. I knew I could have run a 14-71 blower and made more power. That wasn't the point. I wanted to be different than the other cars in the parking lot, I did that now it's time to ove on. For all those people who don't understand why, I'm not going to try and explain it to you anymore. Get over it. I didn't expect EVERYONE to love it. But you won't forget it.

1973 Trans-Am SD BARN FIND
**UPDATE** This car has been sold and shipped to its new owner in June 2010. We were sad to see it go, but had fun watching everyones comments about this car. We sold it in the same condition, having only detailed the car. We recently acquired this RARE (1 of 252, or 1 of 180 if you compare with automatics) 1973 SUPER DUTY with only 49,000. This is the car exactly as we found it...another video will be coming soon

1949 Nash Ambassador Airflyte barnfind 1st time driven in over 44 years
Come along for a ride in this arcane behemoth !!! It feels so satisfying to drive a car that has sat for so long and required so much work to bring back to life and restore to driver status. This kind of job satisfaction keeps me going. It's my life reward and passion. All brakes, fuel system, engine and chassis repairs now complete. This old Airflyte now purrs like a kitten and stops on a dime. Update: this car is a "Special Super", of course, we all know it it super special....Haha, it has special handwritten in pencil on the fire wall, but, I never thought much about it. Turns out it has been positively identified as a very rare 1949 "Special Super", no other 1949 special supers are known to exist....yet

We won't call it a barn find..lets say trailer trash! ;)

Massive Barn Find in Portugal
I've tried to identify most of the 180 cars found locked away in here, can anyone recognise any others? I will add them to the video along with corrections if confirmed 100%. What is that 2nd Formula race car?
