Massive Barn Find in Portugal
I've tried to identify most of the 180 cars found locked away in here, can
anyone recognise any others? I will add them to the video along with
corrections if confirmed 100%. What is that 2nd Formula race car?
Barn find 1970 Charger r/t 440 ALL ORIGINAL CAR
All original car purchased from 2nd owner. The car was purchased new by two
brothers from REEDS KS. The 2nd owner drove by little old motel on his way
to college and would see this car parked out by side of motel. He decided
to stop one day and asked the front desk lady who owned car. She told him
guy in room 112. He went and knocked on door and found the owner. The owner
and the college student talked about the purchased price and after a couple
beers and a mini cigarette(WINK WINK) the deal was sealed for $700!!!(back
in 1976) The 2nd owner drove car very little and stored it after he
purchased an old Chevy truck. I went to church with the 2nd owner and had
bugged him for years to buy it. Well the deal was struck in 2005 and he
also drove very little. The car is a factory power steering,ac,and power
brake car. I found a build sheet under front seat that matches the trim and
door sticker. Car is really in unbelievable shape for a charger.
59 caddy barn find
sitting since 1972, theres more videos to come on this one, its neat to go
through these old barn finds and see what was intombed in the glove box and
trunk. Found a reciept for the repaint job, it was the $39 special but with
the extras those paint crooks at earl schieb gouged these people for $101.
But I guess if you drive a Caddy, you can afford to blow $100 on a paint
job, must be nice???
REAL DEAL BARN FIND! 1968 Dodge Charger R/T #s Matching 440 All Original!
Found in a barn in Eastern Colorado, it had been sold new in Denver. The
thumbnail pic is the car in the barn as it was found. It had been stored
with the sparkplugs out of the motor so the block was seized. The paint
appeared to be original and no bodywork had been done. There was rust
present on the car but very little relatively speaking. The numbers on the
datatag, motor, transmission, radiator support and trunk lid matched. This
was a rare find!!
AMAZING Edsel Barn Find, Rare Cars Parked and Left. Pacer Convertible, Rangers, Dodge Charger
5/4/14...Just saw this in person yesterday and it blew my mind. In what
can be best described as a 2000 sq ft litterbox, I opened this barn to find
almost 10 cars that seemed to have been parked 30 years ago...so tightly
that it was hard to get between them. The most amazing cars in the lot
were an Edsel Pacer Convertible, and a Dodge Charger. Both of these cars
appeared to have been in pristine condition when parked. The seller's
agent told me that they are in the process of removing the cars from the
barn and going though them in preparation for selling them. Amazing!!!

1955 Buick Special Barn Find
The storage for some old vehicles has been lost, the property was sold,
hence the barn must be cleared for the new owners. This '55 Buick was
sitting the corner, minus rear wheels and axle shafts, we saw the
differential gears were missing, hence the disassembled unit. The ceiling
was low in the barn, thus we used the car dolly, after jacking up the rear
end of the car carefully. With 1 tire completely flat (what a wrestling
act!) and the other one pretty low, the car was finally coaxed out of the
barn, into the light after umpteen years. Thanks to Josh showing up to do
his chores and helping us to safely get the car back up the road by helping
to secure the car tightly to the dolly, then using his Kubota tractor with
the flashing signals to ward off cars speeding up the road. It was quite
the setup we had pulling the car backwards, myself steering like an old
hook and ladder firetruck to help the car around curves and turns.
