Barn find 1970 Charger r/t 440 ALL ORIGINAL CAR
All original car purchased from 2nd owner. The car was purchased new by two
brothers from REEDS KS. The 2nd owner drove by little old motel on his way
to college and would see this car parked out by side of motel. He decided
to stop one day and asked the front desk lady who owned car. She told him
guy in room 112. He went and knocked on door and found the owner. The owner
and the college student talked about the purchased price and after a couple
beers and a mini cigarette(WINK WINK) the deal was sealed for $700!!!(back
in 1976) The 2nd owner drove car very little and stored it after he
purchased an old Chevy truck. I went to church with the 2nd owner and had
bugged him for years to buy it. Well the deal was struck in 2005 and he
also drove very little. The car is a factory power steering,ac,and power
brake car. I found a build sheet under front seat that matches the trim and
door sticker. Car is really in unbelievable shape for a charger.
1969 Trans Am 1 owner barn find
I recently purchased this 1 owner 1969 Trans Am. It was parked in 1982 when
the owner was transferred out of state. It is a Ram Air III 4 speed car.
Other than some surface rust it really has no real rust to speak of.
UPDATE: The car has been sold and now lives with its new owner in the
70 Double Blown GTO
My 1970 GTO with two blowers. It's 474ci Pontiac engine with a 8-71 blower
on top of a 6-71 blower. This is from the last day of being double blown.
I'm going to one single 8-71 blower and going racing. The front clip was
removed to make it easier to work on. The reason for the double blowers was
not as a power enhancement like many ASSume. I stacked the blowers to have
a car that stood out in the crowd. Most Pro Street cars were starting to
blend together. If you seen one, you had seen them all. That wasn't the
case with this GTO. Al someone had to say was "The double blower GTO" and
people knew which car. I was told it couldn't be done, so I attempted it
and it worked. It stayed that way for almost 2 years. I knew a twin turbo setup would make more HP. I knew I could
have run a 14-71 blower and made more power. That wasn't the point. I
wanted to be different than the other cars in the parking lot, I did that
now it's time to ove on. For all those people who don't understand why,
I'm not going to try and explain it to you anymore. Get over it. I didn't
expect EVERYONE to love it. But you won't forget it.

1949 Nash Ambassador Airflyte barnfind 1st time driven in over 44 years
Come along for a ride in this arcane behemoth !!! It feels so satisfying to
drive a car that has sat for so long and required so much work to bring
back to life and restore to driver status. This kind of job satisfaction
keeps me going. It's my life reward and passion. All brakes, fuel system,
engine and chassis repairs now complete. This old Airflyte now purrs like a
kitten and stops on a dime. Update: this car is a "Special Super", of
course, we all know it it super special....Haha, it has special handwritten
in pencil on the fire wall, but, I never thought much about it. Turns out
it has been positively identified as a very rare 1949 "Special Super", no
other 1949 special supers are known to exist....yet
59 caddy barn find
sitting since 1972, theres more videos to come on this one, its neat to go
through these old barn finds and see what was intombed in the glove box and
trunk. Found a reciept for the repaint job, it was the $39 special but with
the extras those paint crooks at earl schieb gouged these people for $101.
But I guess if you drive a Caddy, you can afford to blow $100 on a paint
job, must be nice???
