Vinyl Top Installation - '68 Cougar
In this video, we watch as a professional installs a vinyl top on a 1968 Mercury Cougar. After observing the process, we think this is a job that the average do-it-yourself-er can handle. It does require a certain amount of finesse, but not as much as a headliner installation requires (see our other video on that subject). This premium quality vinyl top can be found on our website here: http://www2.cougarpartscatalog.com/store/p/13820-Vinyl-Top-Concours-Correct -BLACK-Repro-1967-1968-Mercury-Cougar.html Economy vinyl tops also available: http://www2.cougarpartscatalog.com/67-vinyl-top.html Like us on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/WestCoastClassicCougar Subscribe to our channel for more Cougar videos!

Rusty Roof Replacement - 1968 Cougar
If you have an old car that came with a vinyl top, chances are that you have some rust issues in the roof. This was the case with Andrew's car - a 1968 Mercury Cougar that his grandparents bought brand new in '68. In this video, Andrew takes matters into his own hands to replace his rusted roof skin with a solid donor roof from another car. He is by no means a restoration expert, just an amateur trying to save some money and save his car. Need a roof or other body panels for your classic Cougar? West Coast Classic Cougar has it all.
