1962 Ford Thunderbolt style Fairlane 500 390 FE GT500 heads Dual Carbs Four Speed
This 1962 Ford Fairlane, done with the Thunderbolt style, offers a 390 CID V8 engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. The engine has only 1200 miles since it was rebuilt and is equipped with sealed power pistons, reconditioned rods, polished crank, GT500 iron heads, Ford factory dual quad intake and carburetors, Competition Cams hydraulic camshaft and timing set, and Pentronix ignition. It's equipped with a fiberglass teardrop style hood, fiberglass fenders, and fiberglass bumpers. The interior has been restored and is in great shape. Here is a little information on what the car offers: fiberglass fenders, fiberglass bumpers. It's also equipped with Crites headers, 3" Exhaust, aluminum radiator, a vintage Hurst shifter, and a Thunderbolt traction bar setup. This car is set up so it would be period correct and looks as it would have in the early sixties! Thanks for taking a look!
