According to Larry Koch, BMW NA M-brand manager, a feasibility study is currently being conducted to evaluate the possible sale of the M3 GT4 in North America. However, without a sanctioned GT4-class racing series in the USA, the sale of the M3 GT4 in the States is not likely. E92 BMW M3 GT4 On April 10, 2009, the week after the debut of the GT4, BMW's Customer Racing program announced it had partnered with Schubert Motorsport (sponsored by Motorsport Arena Oschersleben) to run the BMW M3 GT4 in the 2009 24 Hours Nürburgring race, in the new class for GT4 cars, listed as SP10 there. The BMW M3 GT4 also raced in the Nürburgring VLN ADAC Westfalenfahrt in April 2009, taking the win in the SP10 class and finishing 30th overall. The 2009 24h race took place on the weekend of May 23 and 24, with Jörg Müller, Andy Priaulx and sport auto journalist Jochen Übler at the wheel. Despite qualifying as best SP10/GT4 car at 57th[36] overall and being at least 10 seconds per lap faster, the team finished third[37] in the class, behind two Aston Martin V8 Vantage N24. The overall rank was 47th.[38] BMW Motorsport announced on July 7, 2009 the launch of a line of BMW M3 race cars which meet the SRO/FIA's GT4 spec and are oriented for sale to private teams and drivers. The BMW M3 GT4 price is 121,500 EUR without VAT.[39] While BMW states[40] that 'the BMW M3 GT4 weighs just 1,430 kilograms' and the '420 bhp engine remained largely untouched', the 2010 24 Hours Nürburgring "Balance of Performance"[41] requires that the power must not exceed 390 PS, while the minimum weight is set to 1400 kg. Critical reception Arthur St. Antoine of Motor Trend magazine says: "World's single greatest car? Seriously? Yes -- the new BMW M3 is unquestionably a contender. Probably no other car combines so many virtues -- speed, handling, good looks, roominess, practicality -- into one package. Driving the new BMW M3 is an absolutely blissful experience, flooding your brain with dopamine as if you were arriving to courtside seats at the Lakers game with Jennifer Connelly on your arm." -and- "If you put an F1 car and a premium sedan in a blender, the M3 would be the cocktail that pours out. Mmmm, nothing else like it. A toast then: To the BMW M3, the greatest all-around car in the world."[42] Mark Gillies of Car and Driver magazine says: "A car has got to be pretty spectacular to win over the curmudgeons here at 1585 Eisenhower Place, especially when familiarity sets in over the course of 40,000 miles. But our Sparkling Graphite Metallic M3 did indeed win us over.", and "Based on our experience, the current M3 is the world's all-around best car for the money, although several staffers would have preferred to trade some of the coupe's looks for the added practicality of the sedan.", and "This is the finest car on the market, period."[43] Ezra Dyer of Automobile magazine once suggested that "...car magazines generally regard the M3 the same way a four-year-old regards Santa Claus."[44] Jeremy Clarkson of BBC television show Top Gear says: "This [The M3] is the best car, and always will be, and there's no point in ever thinking otherwise."[45] Mark Magrath of Edmunds Inside Line wrote these comments after driving a 2009 E90 M3 Sedan in the canyons of Southern California: "This is the best most complete car in the world. It's actually a bargain for what you get. Wow."[46] In the high-performance sports luxury niche (a compact executive car with a V8 engine), the E90 M3 (usually an E92 M3 Coupé being tested) has won comparison tests against rivals such as the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, Lexus IS-F, Audi RS4, Audi RS5 and Cadillac CTS-V.[47][48] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_M3

It is considered to be the fastest helicopter ever produced. Sikorsky has incorporated decades of company research and development into the X2 helicopter on a $50 million budget. The S-69/XH-59A Advancing Blade Concept Demonstrator showed high speed was possible with a coaxial helicopter and auxiliary propulsion but it vibrated too much;[2] the Cypher UAV expanded company knowledge of the unique aspects of flight control laws in a fly by wire aircraft with coaxial rotors; and the RAH-66 Comanche, which developed expertise in composite rotors and advanced transmission design.[3][4] Other features include slowed[5] rigid rotors 2 feet apart, active force counter-vibration inspired by the Black Hawk,[6] and using most of the power for the pusher propeller rather than the rotor.[2] The fly-by-wire system is provided by Honeywell, the rotor by Eagle Aviation Technologies, anti-vibration by Moog Inc, and propeller by Aero Composites.[7] On 4 May 2009, Sikorsky unveiled a mock-up of a Light Tactical Helicopter derivative of the X2. The X2 first flew on 27 August 2008 from Schweizer Aircraft's (a division of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation) facility at Horseheads, New York. The flight lasted 30 minutes.[1] This began a 4-phase flight test program, to culminate with reaching a planned 250-knot top speed.[9] The X2 completed flights with its propeller fully engaged in July 2009.[10] Sikorsky completed phase 3 of the testing with the X2 hitting 181 knots in test flight in late May 2010.[11] On 26 July 2010, Sikorsky announced that the X2 exceeded 225 knots (259 mph; 417 km/h) during flight testing in West Palm Beach Florida, unofficially surpassing the current FAI rotorcraft world speed record of 216 knots (249 mph) set by a modified Westland Lynx in 1986.[12] The X2 flight was purposefully made 37 years to the date of the S-69's first flight.[13] On 15 September 2010, test pilot Kevin Bredenbeck achieved Sikorsky's design goal for the X2 when he flew it at a speed of 250 knots (290 mph; 460 km/h) in level flight,[14][15] an unofficial speed record for a helicopter.[2][16] The demonstrator also reached a speed of 260 knots (300 mph; 480 km/h) in a shallow 2˚ to 3˚ dive,[17] slightly less than the 303 mph of the XH-59A.[18] On 14 July 2011, the X2 completed its final flight and was officially retired after accumulating 22 hours over 23 test flights.[19] With the end of development, the X2 will be followed by its first application, the S-97 Raider high-speed scout and attack helicopter http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sikorsky_X2

The G-wagen is characterized by its boxy styling and body-on-frame construction. It uses three fully-locking differentials, one of the few vehicles to have such a feature. Despite the introduction of an intended replacement, the unibody crossover SUV Mercedes-Benz GL-Class in 2006, the G-Class is still in production and is the longest produced Mercedes-Benz in Daimler's history, with a span of 32 years.[1] The G-class was developed as a military vehicle from a suggestion by the Shah of Iran (at the time a great shareholder) to Mercedes[2] and offered as a civilian version in 1979. The G-class replaced the cheaper Volkswagen Iltis in 1990. In this role it is sometimes referred to as the "Wolf" and LAPV Enok. The G-Class has been sold under the Puch name in certain markets, and the Peugeot P4 is a variant made under license, with a Peugeot engine and different parts. In June 2012, the G-Class received some minor modifications to the specification and engine range. The significant changes outside are that the updated G-Class gets LED running lights; second, there are turn indicators in its side mirrors; and third, the AMG gets a new bumper and grille. The majority of the G-Class's upgrades reside under its hood and behind its doors: a new interior, more modern amenities. Interior changes include a re-sculpted dashboard and centre console, with relocated COMAND screen, and a new colour multifunction screen to the gauge cluster. The latest mbrace2 telematics system also is on board and now come standard with Distronic adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and updated Parktronic backup sensors and rearview camera, together with a revised the stability control to enable trailer stabilizing functionality. The previous G55's supercharged 5.4-liter V-8 is replaced by a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8. Power is up by 44 hp to 544, and torque is an equal 44 units, to 560 lb-ft. Like other AMG Mercedes-Benz models with the new downsized V-8, the G63's "63" nomenclature bears no connection to its actual engine displacement. The G63 also gets a new "Eco" engine stop-start system. Mercedes also fitted a seven-speed automatic transmission in place of the G55's five-speed. For many export markets, Mercedes-Benz introduced a new G65 AMG powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V-12. The engine puts out 604 hp and gives a huge 738 lb-ft of torque. Sabine Schmitz BMW X6 Funny Commercial - 2013 Carjam TV HD Car TV Show

According to her own estimates, Schmitz has gone around the track more than 20,000 times, increasing by approximately 1200 per year. Her familiarity with the circuit earned her the nicknames "Queen of the Nürburgring" and "the fastest taxi driver in the world". She says her favourite parts of the track are Schwedenkreuz and Fuchsröhre.[3] Claudia Hürtgen is her main rival, winning the championship in 2006, and scoring pole and victory in the third VLN race of 2008, with a BMW Z4. Her company, Nürburgring-based Sabine Schmitz Motorsport, offers advanced driver training and a "Ring Taxi" service for passengers. As a result of her popularity as "the fastest taxi driver in the world", and charisma, Schmitz became an occasional motorsport guest commentator, known for her gleefully dry descriptions of driving incidents. Since September 2006, Schmitz has co-hosted a motoring show on German television, D Motor on the DMAX TV channel. In each show, Schmitz takes on another challenge, for example Schmitz in a Ferrari 360 vs. a 1200 hp Race Truck, or Schmitz in a Formula Renault race car vs. a race sidecar. In December 2004, Schmitz gained recognition in the United Kingdom after appearing in the BBC television show Top Gear with presenter Jeremy Clarkson. After Clarkson (under her tutelage) set a lap time of 9 minutes 59 seconds around the Nürburgring in a Jaguar S-Type diesel (Season 5, Episode 5), she castigated his best lap with the comment "I tell you something, I could do that lap time in a van". She did a lap in the Jaguar S-Type, and set a time of 9 minutes 12 seconds, beating him by 47 seconds. When trying to film Schmitz as she drove the S-Type, the film team couldn't keep up so they used Jaguar test driver Wolfgang Schubauer to drive the Jaguar S-Type R chase car,[4] which means that much of the lap shown on the episode was not the first lap where she set the 9 min. 12 sec. lap time. Thus, in her second appearance on Top Gear, she actually drove a Ford Transit Diesel in an attempt to beat Clarkson's time set in the Jaguar S-Type diesel. Her final time with the Transit was 10 minutes and 8 seconds (Season 6, Episode 7). For this final lap the van was stripped and streamlined at the front with gaffer tape (Schmitz's belt, hubcaps, spare wheel, toolkit and Richard Hammond were removed) and a Dodge Viper was driven in front to help keep the "air clean" by providing a good slipstream to travel through. Her first appearance on British television, however, was on the 2002 BBC programme Jeremy Clarkson Meets the Neighbours, where she takes Jeremy around the Nürburgring in the "Ring Taxi". Her third appearance was at the 2005 Top Gear Awards to collect the award for 'Best German' (Season 7, Episode 6). In 2007, she appeared in Clarkson's Supercar Showdown DVD where she raced an Audi R8 against The Stig in a Porsche 911 GT3. Schmitz also appeared in the sixth episode of the Top Gear's 11th series, in a competition between the German motoring equivalent of Top Gear, on which she features, and the British Top Gear team. Both groups engaged each other in a series of challenges, in which Schmitz raced the Top Gear team in a double decker car race, and Clarkson in a one-on-one Mini challenge. She was victorious in both her events; however, due to the timely intervention of James May (dressed suspiciously like The Stig), the overall result was a win for the Top Gear team. It is rumoured that Schmitz has taken on the role of the Stig in BBC 2's Top Gear in place of 'outed Stig' Ben Collins. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabine_Schmitz

2013 New BMW Z4 First Commercial Carjam TV HD Car TV Show 2013

New exterior features, detailed interior refinements, a new equipment package (new Design Pure Traction special equipment package) and new entry-level engine variant (BMW Z4 sDrive18i, powered by a 2.0-litre engine with BMW TwinPower turbo technology developing 115 kW/156 hp). We call it good news for the sunny days. The BMW Z4 is a rear-wheel drive sports car by the German car maker BMW. It follows a line of past BMW roadsters such as the BMW Z1, BMW 507, BMW Z8, and the BMW Z3. The Z4 replaces the Z3. First generation production started in 2002 at BMW USA's Greer, South Carolina plant, with production of both roadster and coupe forms. When debuted, it won Automobile Magazine "Design of the Year Award". Starting with the 2009 model year, the second-generation Z4 is built at BMW's Regensburg, Germany plant as a retractable hardtop roadster. In 2009, the BMW Z4 won the Red Dot Design Award. The Z4 M is powered by a 3.2-litre straight-six engine (S54B32). Performance figures are: 3,246 cc displacement, 333 brake horsepower (248 kW) at 7,900 rpm, 269 lb·ft (365 N·m) of torque at 4,900 rpm, 8,000 rpm redline. Output per litre is 107 bhp (80 kW; 108 PS), and power-to-weight ratio is 9.9 lb/bhp. Acceleration to 60 mph (96 km/h) comes in 4.8 seconds. (0-62 mph / 100 km/h is 5.0) and top speed is limited electronically to 156 mph (251 km/h). BMW E89 is the chassis code of the second generation of BMW Z4. It now has a retractable hardtop like the Mercedes SLK replacing the previous roadster and coupé versions for the 2009 model year. The new model was officially announced on 13 December 2008.[1][2][3] The vehicle was unveiled in 2009 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. In the Z4 sDrive35i, the new 7-speed double-clutch gearbox is used. In the 23i and 30i a six-speed sports automatic transmission with Steptronic is offered. Fitted as standard is a 6-speed manual transmission. EfficientDynamics regenerative braking is standard in most regions. The Drive Dynamic Control is standard, which include NORMAL, SPORT, SPORT+ modes. Optional Adaptive M Sport Suspension adds electronic damping control. The hand brake is electro-mechanically operated. All BMW Z4 have as standard safety equipment: ABS including emergency brake assist and CBC (Cornering Brake control), pretensioner and belt load limiter, and ESP with ASR. Furthermore, they are equipped with four airbags (driver/front seat passengers and two side airbags). The dynamic stop light feature has two stages, indicating how strongly the brakes are being applied. For normal braking, the main light element blinks, as well as blinking just before the vehicle comes to a standstill. Finally, two roll-over bars behind the seats and a reinforced windscreen protect occupants in case of roll-over. The new roadster features a completely revamped interior designed by Nadya Arnaout, and exterior designed by Juliane Blasi in early 2006.[citation needed] Since the new Z4 now has a retractable hardtop, it no longer comes in separate roadster and coupé versions. The two-piece, electro-hydraulic retractable hardtop in lightweight aluminium shell can be folded up or down in 20 seconds automatically.[5] In the open state, the boot capacity is 180 liters (if closed: 310 l). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_Z4_%28E89%29
