Chevrolet Colorado 2012 Reset Change Oil
If after changing your oil yourself or non GM vendor, and you get this Change oil message, the way to reset it is - Turn the ignition onto the Run, two clicks, A/C or heat and radio will be on. - Press the trip reset button thingy until you see 'Oil Life' 'Reset'. - Press and hold the trip reset button thingy and voila, no more message and it's good for another 8,000km, I think. This is for 2012 Colorado model, it may be the same for Silverado and may work for year 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 or 2013. If it didn't work, search someone else's youtube.
