Ford vs Mopar on RT 21 NJ Street Racing
1970's ('75) street racing on RT 21 Clifton, NJ by Rutt's Hut. Filmed with
early format reel to reel video camera equipment of the time. My 1966 Ford
with a 14:1 427 side oiler raced a 1968 440 Plymouth Roadrunner. Ford wins
by a nose in the end!
WHAT A BRAND NEW 1966 FORD FAIRLANE GTA LOOKS LIKE
NO KIDDING. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST RESTORATION JOBS I'VE SEEN. ATTENTION
TO DETAIL FROM THE HOOD LATCH TO THE TRUNK LINER MAKES THIS RESTORATION
LOOK FACTORY FRESH. THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT COMES COMPLETE WITH DECALS AND
HOSES THAT ARE AUTHENTIC FORD PARTS. THE PAINT IS HARD TO BELIEVE IT'S NOT
ORIGINAL , IT IS SO PROFESSIONALLY DONE. SO LET'S SAY YOU ARE AT A FORD
DEALER READY TO BUY YOUR FIRST NEW CAR. YOU ARE SHOWN THIS FAIRLANE GT.
AND THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE. Another great restoration brought to you
by 55lincoln. THANKS VERY MUCH FOR VIEWING.

1927 Ford: Double-Trouble -- /BIG MUSCLE
• Gordon Tronson
In the world of hot-rodding there are few cars that are going to leave as
big an impression as this - the 1927 Ford Model T custom simply known as
"Double-Trouble". It rides on a custom-built tube chassis that's fabricated
from 1.5-inch tube. Is powered by two 4.6-liter modular V8s from Ford with
four, count 'em, FOUR Superchargers for
an approximate power output of around 1,200 hp. It also utilizes the
rear-end (inboard disc brakes and all) from an early Jaguar. It's a rolling
a Hot Wheels car and a masterpiece of engineering that is sure to make all
your naughty bits tingle.
1966 Ford Fairlane Hardtop 427
There's something about stacked headlights and a tag that reads "427".
It's a quintessential 60's look that get's you. If you're going to mess
with a 427FE or SOHC (in a straight line), your Nitrous bottle betta be full! This owner has had
the car for about 30 years and the bond with it is clear. White must be a
horrible color to maintain because I see him wiping it down a lot. I
believe it's a 390 with twin 4bbls but you can't really tell the diff. A
real nice car. Dig the dog dish hub caps. Taken at Lowe's in Abingdon, MD
