K&N Intake Review for Ford 351W 5.8L F350 or F250 or F150 or Bronco
This is my review for the K&N intake for my 1997 f250.
*The paint i used over the patch was the $.97 flat black paint from
Wal-Mart. It matches almost right on and has worked great for about four
months with about four coats. Don't freak out it is glossy when it is wet.

I thought you would like at this ultra clean 1989 Ford F250 4x4 pickup
truck. This thing only has about 38.xxx actual miles and you can certainly
tell by the condition. It is looking very slick all the way around. It has
12 inches of lift and it's riding on a fresh set of 40 inch Mickey Thompson
ATZ tires. If you're looking for a Ford truck from this generation, this is

Well I finally got a video uploaded of my car since the recent 351W
rebuild. The motor now sports Brodix ST5.0R aluminum heads, TFS stage 2
cam, BBK ceramic coated longtube headers with O/R BBK X-pipe, Magnaflow
cat-back, and a 750 double pumper carb....etc....

Runs a 15.8 ET in the quarter with a rolling start because of wheel hop. I
will be getting a new time soon as I can and I am hoping to drop up to a
second. When I get ladder bars I'll be able to do a hard launch and that
should drop some time too.
*Notice, during the revving of engine, the blue must be a camera glare
through the moisture, because the engine doesn't burn any oil and I never
see any blue coming out of the Exhaust.

6) Remote turbo?
7) Just trying to reach MAX safe block potential of 500 RWHP.
89 f250: 5.8l with shorty headers and glasspack
I fixed my Exhaust because of an Exhaust leak where the headers meet the
block. I put on new gaskets, sanded the old bbk headers, painted them with
a flat black VHT paint, and reinstalled them. They run into a 3in Y pipe
which goes to a 2 1/2x28in thrush glass pack with no cats. THe Exhaust is way to quite now, i might have to
drill a couple holes in the headers, to get that old growl back, haha.
The motor is an all stock 351w (5.8l) with 160,000 miles and a K&N intake
