89 f250: 5.8l with shorty headers and glasspack
I fixed my Exhaust because of an Exhaust leak where the headers meet the block. I put on new gaskets, sanded the old bbk headers, painted them with a flat black VHT paint, and reinstalled them. They run into a 3in Y pipe which goes to a 2 1/2x28in thrush glass pack with no cats. THe Exhaust is way to quite now, i might have to drill a couple holes in the headers, to get that old growl back, haha. The motor is an all stock 351w (5.8l) with 160,000 miles and a K&N intake system. Any questions feel free to ask.

This is my 1997 F250 HD 2WD, the last of the square body's. Like if you like. Idle @ 11:35 Rev @ 12:35 10-90 MPH @ 13:10 Runs a 15.8 ET in the quarter with a rolling start because of wheel hop. I will be getting a new time soon as I can and I am hoping to drop up to a second. Technical Repair Video Ford 302 5.0, 351W 5.8 Water Pump Timing Cover Removal Pt.1
This is showing the removal of the front timing cover on a 94 Ford Bronco 351w. This repair applys to all 302's, and all 351w engines. Originally we had a leaking water pump, but ended up having to replace the front timing cover due to the front water pump bolts rusting in the block and breaking off inside the timing cover. Very common on this Ford era engine. . I had purchased a defective new water pump from Oreilly's. The front hub where the pulley bolts onto was bent, causing escessive vibration in the engine. This is a technical video showing how to remove the front timing cover from this engine.

Rebuilding the Ford 351 Windsor Part 1 - XW Falcon
The engine came in bits and is re-assembled to short motor stage. This was originally to be used in a Mustang project, but was shelved in favour of a Dart small block. So I grabbed it for the Falcon. We don't have an engine reconditioning room, but all is going well.
