135i 370hp vs leon cupra 302 hp on a 800m strip with rolling start.
This, and a lot of other small clips, was shot at a track day in Vandel, Denmark 26/4-2009. A fun day with lots of action, and great cars.
The location in Vandel was the old military airbase with loads of space. There was a big drift course, a track day course, and a drag strip + a lot of space just to play around on.

Martorell, 12/03/2013 -- In advance of its market introduction, SEAT's
engineers put the all-new Leon SC through the last phase of engineering and
development tests in the demanding sub-zero temperatures of the Arctic
Circle. Following a painstaking testing process, SEAT's engineers push the
prototype Leon SCs to the limit as they run final quality and operational
assessments of many of the car's systems and functions. These can include
the dynamic performance of the car, as well as the operation of the locks,
the opening and closing of the doors, the heater system, the traction and
stability control systems and others, all as part of their dedication to
developing an outstanding car with the highest levels of quality.
The new SEAT Leon SC carries its distinctive character with confidence. The
Leon SC -- Sports Coupé -- is a striking three-door compact is the perfect
embodiment of the SEAT design language. It brings an extra portion of
sportiness to the road -- without compromising everyday usability. Its
functional interior, a compelling mix of excellent workmanship and premium
materials, offers plenty of room for all occupants. At 380 litres, even the
luggage compartment is as generously proportioned as that of the five-door

The new SEAT Leon SC is packed with high technology -- this includes
state-of-the-art infotainment, intelligent assistance systems, systematic
lightweight design, a perfectly tuned chassis and the latest generation of
engines. All engines feature direct injection with turbocharging, and combine outstanding efficiency
with refined dynamics. The TSI and TDI units with displacements ranging
from 1.2 to 2.0 litres cover a performance spectrum of 63 kW (86 HP) to 135
kW (184 HP). The 1.6 TDI with 77 kW (105 HP) equipped with the start/stop
system has an average fuel consumption of just 3.8 litres of diesel per 100
kilometres, equating to a CO2 figure of just 99 grams per kilometre.
Just like the five-door Leon, the Leon SC is offered in Reference and Style
equipment lines, as well as the sporty FR variant.

With its perfectly balanced proportions, the new SEAT Leon SC cuts a fine

Very good acceleration and top speed, but really awesome agility in low and
middle revs. See all the accelerations on individual gears. This car
(weights just 1 232 kg) is capable to go from 50 to 200 km/h on 7th gear
under 50 seconds. Much better than in the first review, maybe some new
setup for the serial production. This car is seriously claimed to be bone

pound-feet of torque. On paper. After a day of horsing around/testing
Shaffer and Lieberman grow suspicious of each twin-turbo V-8's actual output. So, they take them to
the Dyno gurus at K&N
engineering to learn what's what. The results very well may shock and amaze
you. However, the boys come to the conclusion that numbers are only exactly
that: only numbers, and numbers only matter so much. One true test of a
super sedan is how it handles a twisting stretch of tarmac. The other is
how much you yearn for the car after you've walked away from it. How much
the keys itch in your pocket. While the results are definitive, this Head 2
