YLDTOY Spits Flames at Summernats 26

Plenty of action in the Liqui Moly Burnout Championship at summernats 26. Tony D with YLDTOY was throwing fuel out the cap when it whipped around on the pad, and it didn't take long to light them up. It enough to DQ him. I have no idea what's going on with the front end, it's almost like they decided to run without front shocks.

Scotty's Garage 2010 - Close Calls & Conflagrations
It's been a big year for fires and crashes (near misses anyway), and we thought it was time to look back at all the craziness of 2010. With Summernats just around the corner we'll be hitting even more events in 2011.

Summernats 26 - Day Five
Okay guys, sorry for the delay but I needed a short break to unwind after Summernats and had to cach up on some much needed sleep. Here's the grand finale, with the finals for the Dyno and burnouts. Sorry i didn't get much more footage of day five but it was hectic enough getting all this. Hope you enjoyed the videos this year. Remember to SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss a thing.

UNLOAD Catches Fire At Summernats 26
It's been one of the most highly anticipated cars of 2012 featuring on several magazine covers, winning show awards and generally blowing minds. Steve Loader UNLOAD Commodore belongs to a new category of cars I like to call PRO BURNOUT - It's a burnout machine with a showcar finish. But Steve being Steve, he couldn't keep it away from the burnout track. He put it on the pad both Friday and Sunday and did spectacular shows both days, but check out the fire after his Sunday skid. Luckily it didn't seem to damage the paint, but it looked pretty bad at the time. Hopefully we'll get to see more of this car on the pad soon.

UNLOAD On Fire Again!
Steve Loader flames up again at Mallala. But unlike some you can tell Steve is trying to minimise the damage. It flames up, he stops and hope the flames out out, then gives it another shot. Unfortunately this time it didn't work and it flamed up every time he got on the gas.

Scotty's Garage - Top Ten 2012
Here's the Top Ten videos from Scotty's Garage for 2012. These are the top viewed videos from my channel this year as picked by you guys and girls. So what's your favourite? And why? Or is there something you reckon that should have made the list. Let me know in the comments section below.

Summernats 26 - Day Three
Friday at Summernats 26 started with a bang. First up there was the Guinness World Record for Largest Simultaneous Burnout with 69 cars on the pad at the same time, then it was into burnout qualifying with a massive amount of action there. All the while there was constant cruising, show car judging and Dyno (which we'll try and get to today) and then it was time for the unveiling in the Meguairs Pavilion and the Hilltop Hoods on the main stage - and I've got to say it was the first time I'd heard them, but they were AWESOME! Can't wait until Saturday.

KRANKY Burns Down Kandos - Burnout Fire!!
We've seen plenty of burnouts end with a fire but we've never seen one start with a fire. Rodney Waters HQ sedan goes up in flames right from the start at Kandos. It's crazy insane.

SS Ute Puts the BURN in BURNOUT
Not sure what happened here, but something definitely let go in the fuel system of this Holden ute because it went up in a big way in the Liqui Moly Power Pit. Gotta love the firey stomping out the fire with an extinguisher in his hand - WTF?

BLWNLUX - World's Toughest Hilux
Forget the Top Gear Hilux. This has to be the toughest Toyota Hilux in the world. Brett Battersby has jacked up this '87 Hilux and filled the engine bay with 540 cubes of blown and injected big block Chev. Check out those flames!

Summernats 26 - Day Four
The action was hot on and off the track today. My plan was to check out lots more than I did on Day four at Summernats but with other duties I ended up missing more than I got. Sorry about the lack of show cars, and cruising etc. The rain certainly put a damper on the nights activities with the PPG Supercruise being cancelled, but they still had the fireworks and finished off with Rose Tattoo.

2000hp Torana Wins Horsepower Heroes
Jake Edwards goes back to back at Summernats 26 with another win in horsepower Heroes with 1666rwhp (and equates to over 2000hp at the flywheel). The car runs a 496ci big block with a massive 106mm Garrett turbo with EFI and methanol. It has run 7.88 at 179mph on the quarter, so it's not just a Dyno queen. Check out how much Exhaust energy it produces at the end of the video where it blew my second camera over even though it was at least 8 feet away.

ULEGAL Crashes Out Of The Liqui Moly National Burnout Masters
Mad Mick Brasher is a risk taker, there's no doubt about that. Sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't. Mick went into a series of his trademark startline donuts but ended up getting caught in the smoke and giving the wall a solid tap. Unfortunately this killed any chances of a top three finish and Mick was awarded tenth place in the finals. It's a real shame because the car looks amazing with the new paint and intake set-up. Hopefully we'll see him at Kandos - no doubt it'll have a new paint job. :)

EVILXA - SUMMERNATS 26 LIQUI-MOLY NATIONAL BURNOUT MASTER 2013
Peter Grmusa reckons that Powerhouse Engines are the reason why he's had such a good year on the burnout pad. The engine has been ultra-reliable and trouble free which frees Peter up to concentrate on driving. And drive it he did. Peter smoked out a quality field of entrants to take the Liqui Moly National Burnout Masters Trophy for 2013 and take home the $15,000 cheque. With the rest of his wins this year he's up around the $40K mark in terms of winnings. Well done Peter.
