Twin Supercharged Lightning part 3
788rwhp Dyno test with 101 fuel. 20psi. A/F at 11.8 Timing only at 21. 700tq. Next test with 114 fuel was bad. Had spark blowout. Need KB BAS. Will retest soon. Tuning by Ed,Keth Kolomincho and Steve Cooper. Thanks.
Why I love a V8
Torque is so much fun. To put this in perspective let me give you some horsepower numbers. At 3000rpm I am only making about 165whp. and at 4000rpm I am making about about 235whp. Not a big amount of horsepower. But at those same RPM's my V8 is making 290 tq and at 4000rpm I am making my peak tq of 310. So while my hp is down my car still accelerates fairly briskly. God I love a V8.

2007 Roush Performance Stage 3 Ford F-150 by Inside Line
Will Ferrell wouldn't be caught dead in a 2007 Roush Performance Stage 3 F-150.
On the other hand, Ricky Bobby, Ferrell's on-screen stock car-driving alter ego, would find the lowered sport truck a classy ride. The protagonist of Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby would appreciate the pickup's unique 20-foot-long racing stripes, shin-frying side-exit dual Exhaust pipes and a hood scoop that doesn't actually scoop anything. And after winning a Food City 500 or two, Ricky wouldn't flinch at our test truck's nearly $56,000 price tag either.
