Why I love a V8
Torque is so much fun. To put this in perspective let me give you some horsepower numbers. At 3000rpm I am only making about 165whp. and at 4000rpm I am making about about 235whp. Not a big amount of horsepower. But at those same RPM's my V8 is making 290 tq and at 4000rpm I am making my peak tq of 310. So while my hp is down my car still accelerates fairly briskly. God I love a V8.
Supercharged Ford Raptor
This is a full review of the 2013 Ford Raptor with a TVS 2.3L Eaton Supercharger from Roush Performance. The video also shows how we installed the Supercharger by time lapse video. This Raptor has a custom set of Racing wheels, and Roush Off-Road Exhaust. The Roush Supercharger kit is available in two different phases for the 6.2L V8 Raptor. The "Phase 2" kit has 590-HP and 590-LB/FT of torque! Contact Trent McMahan for more info on having this kit installed on your 6.2L V8! 205-491-0000

2007 Roush Performance Stage 3 Ford F-150 by Inside Line
Will Ferrell wouldn't be caught dead in a 2007 Roush Performance Stage 3 F-150.
On the other hand, Ricky Bobby, Ferrell's on-screen stock car-driving alter ego, would find the lowered sport truck a classy ride. The protagonist of Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby would appreciate the pickup's unique 20-foot-long racing stripes, shin-frying side-exit dual Exhaust pipes and a hood scoop that doesn't actually scoop anything. And after winning a Food City 500 or two, Ricky wouldn't flinch at our test truck's nearly $56,000 price tag either.
