1990 Chevy 454 SS Pickup

I thought you'd like a look at this very sharp 1990 Chevrolet 454 SS pickup. These trucks were real hot back in the early 90's, mostly because they were wicked tire burners. While that 454 didn't make tons of horsepower, it did make plenty of torque to melt off a set of tires. This one is a nice straight example that really hasn't been messed with. Other than the 17" aftermarket rims, it looks entirely stock. All it really could use is a good wash and detail. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching! 1970 Dodge Challenger 440 V8 Sublime Green Mopar Muscle Car
I thought you'd like a look at this very clean 1970 Dodge Challenger. Named to "challenge" anyone on the street, this Dodge debuted in 1970 and became an instant classic. Under the hood, you will find a powerhouse of nostalgic engineering, a 440 CID V8 wedge engine. These engines are known for their power but are not as hyped as the popular Hemi. The transmission is a stout 727 TorqueFlite automatic which has been known to handle up to 550 horsepower. The exterior of the car is the factory Sublime Green color that it had in 1970. The interior is comprised of new black vinyl and looks very clean. The interior matches the vinyl top on the exterior of the car. The car was completely restored in 2007 and looks amazing. Before the epoxy paint the car was taken all the way down to bare metal. We even place mirrors along the underside of the car in our showroom to highlight the craftsmanship. The 440 engine has been bored .030 over and offers a mild camshaft and 2 1/2 inch stainless steel Exhaust. I hope you find it interesting, thanks for taking a look! 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Restomod
I thought you'd like a look at this very sharp 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air. They have kept all the great original appearance of the 57, but upgraded the car a bit too. They've swapped in a strong running 350 small block with an aluminum intake and 4 BBL carb, added a vintage air unit, and also upgraded to front disc brakes. This really is a sharp looking car inside and out. The interior has been completely redone in the factory style upholstery and really looks like new. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for taking a look! Custom Lifted Chevy S10 Supercharged Show Truck 4x4
I thought you might like a look at this wild Chevy S10 4x4 Custom Show Truck. Countless hours of hard work and detailed craftsmanship was poured into creating this vehicle. The S10 is a one owner truck that had its own carpeted room for the last 20 years. Under the hood you will find the original 2.8L V6 engine and automatic transmission with just 30303 miles! Options include: AM/FM Radio, Cassette, Manual Sunroof, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Cloth Interior, and Bias Ply Tires. This truck is as clean as it was the day of manufacturing. Even the frame was painted and pin striped! If you haven't had the chance to view the video of this truck please do so! The S10 has a Trail Master Lift and an automatic hydraulic bed which can be lifted from inside the cab. The interior is completely custom with gray and black cloth and brushed stainless steel inserts. The stainless steel inserts are found throughout the exterior as well as the underside of the truck bed. The windows of the truck are even etched! The following parts have chrome: shocks, leaf springs, torsion bars, drive shafts, roll cage, and inner fender wells. In effort to keep this truck clean, a custom California cover comes along with the vehicle. The 2.8L engine has a B&M super charger which helps move this monster truck around. The tires consist of massive 15-39.5-15 sizes. This is your chance to own a Master Champion custom show truck winner for about 1/4 of the money invested. Thanks for taking a look! 133291 / 1991 Chevrolet C/1500 454 SS
For more information on this vehicle visit http://tinyurl.com/bqqd2k3 While other automakers had toyed with the idea, It was the GM camp who first introduced a proper sport truck with their potent 454 SS models based on the venerable GMT400 platform. With big block power and sportier suspensions, these pickups traded towing capacity for time slips and opened a lot of enthusiasts' minds in the process. Placing the classic pickup under a different light made room for the creation of trucks like this fire-breathing 1991 454 SS. Starting with one of the best looking full size Chevy trucks to roll off the assembly line in years, designers stripped the truck to its bare essentials -- no chrome, no extraneous trim. Like most of these pickups, this one no longer retains its stock paint but the coat of black sprayed across the exterior of this pickup is far deeper and far richer than any black ever shot in a General Motors plant. Helping that black paint pop is the immaculate body underneath which is free of any discernible flaws. While the truck still has its factory fascia and rub strips along the side, a few pieces have been added for some extra visual appeal. At the front, a fiberglass cowl hood harkens back to the muscle car era while tradition pin stripe adds some awesome detail. A custom red and gray stripe leads the eye to the 454 SS badge at the rear of the bed while an aftermarket roll pan replaces the unsightly stock rear bumper. While the 454 SS had a healthy powerplant to begin with, this truck takes that idea to the next level. Pop the fiberglass cowl hood and you'll find a completely rebuilt 454 V8 churning out an estimated 650 horsepower with its current tune. Built by the team at Terry Walters Precision Engines in Roanoke, Virginia the motor features fresh internals and an intercooled ProCharger system. Breathing through Edelbrock headers and Flowmaster mufflers, the truck has one hell of a bark that will let everyone in the area know something serious lives under the hood. Directly behind the 454, a Bowtie Overdrives heavy duty 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission takes care of gear selection. The driveshaft remains a stock piece as does the massive 14-bolt differential packed with 4.11 gears. The truck has been lowered roughly three inches and features a two-link with coilovers to keep the rear end planted. Quick ratio steering was part of the SS package as were the power front disc brakes. To play up the hot rod theme, a set of polished 15-inch Halibrand five-spoke wheels were ordered and wrapped in BF Goodrich rubber in sizes 245/60 up front and 275/60 out back. Between the doors, the impressively clean Garnet Red interior remains almost completely original. The high-back bucket seats are in excellent shape and the dash remains as it left the factory. The only notable addition is a pair of Autometer gauges that monitor Boost and oil pressure from their place on the driver's side A-pillar. The best part about this truck is that it isn't some outlandish custom that can't be driven. The truck fires up and functions just like the stock piece -- it just has A LOT more power. With great looks and a special place in GM history, this 1991 454 SS is a great truck to drive, enjoy and hold onto. If you always wanted a little more from the 454 SS trucks, don't miss the opportunity to snatch this one and get a whole lot more bang for the buck.

2013 GMC Sierra Denali vs Ram 1500 Pickup 0-60 MPH Mashup Review
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 GMC Sierra Denali Crew Cab and the 2013 Ram Express Quad Cab 1500 are both three quarter ton pickups but that's were the similarities end. These are two very different pickups that compete for different buyers. The 2013 GMC Sierra Denali is the top of the line in terms of price and luxury. It comes with almost every option as standard including a heated steering wheel. And unlike the Ram 4X4, the Denali has full time All-Wheel-drive. The Ram 1500 is all new for 2013. While it still looks like the previous model it has been substantially redesigned. Of course the question that we wanted to answer is which of these two pickups is the fastest when it come to going 0-60 MPH?
