us after hearing about Real Time Attack, and was excited to finally have
and event like this. Due to the fact that our event was sold out, he was
only able to bring one shop car, which was the Evo X MR making 540whp 406
tq. And it was a sight for soar eyes, this evo was not only aerodynamically
beautiful, it performed like no other. We had to keep bumping him up in
class till we just had to match him up with the Porsche tt, AMG Mercedes
and a supercharged Mustang
cobra.... and still he owned the track. Jeremy will be bring more cars and
fellow shops eager to race at Real Time Attack and will be a force to recon
with next year. We expect SSP to break records on every track.

laps. Both the BMW driver and I are advanced, high-performance driving
The RX-8 is completely stock except for a B&B muffler and Hawk HP Plus pads
on the front. It does not have traction control or stability control.
Tires are original stock street Potenzas. No doubt the M5 is stock too,
and this has more to do with weight than horsepower.
Camera is a Creative Labs Vado cheapcorder stuck to the windshield with a
suction cup cellphone holder. Video was recorded upside-down due to the
mount, and was transcoded to rotate it. Quality suffered.

Rotary Power - Mazda RX-8
The first version of the RX-8, the SE3P, produced from model years 2003 to
2008, is powered by the "RENESIS" 13B-MSP (multi side port) Wankel rotary
engine displacing 1.3 litres (twin 654 cc rotors) which, when coupled with
a six-speed manual transmission, will typically produce 237 hp (177 kW) at
8,200 rpm and 211 Nm (ECE) of torque at 5,500 rpm. The multi side port
engine improves on fuel efficiency and emissions over the RX-7's engine
The RX-8 is available in various models in different markets around the
world. Standard models include:
6-speed manual "High Power" with an output of between 170 kW (231 hp) and
184 kW (247 hp) (250 PS) and a 9,000 rpm redline.
5-speed manual "Standard Power" tuned to 141 kW (192 hp) with the redline
reduced to 7,500 rpm.
