11 minutes of Historic Trans-Am race car warmups
Walking amidst 20+ historic Trans-Am race cars warming their engines before theTrans-Am race at the 2008 Monterey Historics. Some really beautiful cars making glorious V8 noise. Sorry for the shaky camera - I was trying to film the cars as they started up and revved while not bumping into anyone. These cars made quite a stir so everyone was hanging out taking it all in.
BMW M3 E46 Roll-over crash in Nürburgring VLN race
I pull the trusty pocketcam out just as the first few drops of rain fall on Wehrseifen. An E46 driver loses control on the entry to the corner, and ends up rolling all the way around. Race was the VLN #2 of 2012 and this was only the second lap of a four-hour event!

First NASA Socal event. Racing in STR1 and ASC spec at 7.5 power/weight ratio.
Some unfortunate circumstances cut the race short but the 33 truck of "Giddy yup Racing" comes through. The 66 truck with her upgrades looks out of reach now! The 55 Stock Car behind me looks to give me a run as he did at Phoenix.
