Quarter-Mile Drag Races (Unloaded)
As part of the 2008 PickupTrucks.com Half-Ton Shootout, PickupTrucks.com raced six half-ton pickups from Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Nissan and Toyota in a quarter-mile race to find out which truck was fastest. For more information, visit PickupTrucks.com.
5.7 Tundra record 1/4 mile pass
RCSB 5.7 Tundra. Fastest known non- forced induction time. Basically a stock truck with a custom muffler, filter and drag radials. It has potential to run a 13.4-13.5 but I gotta work on that 60ft. The whole banging the rev limiter on every shift kinda sucks too.I guess the tranny ECU didn't like the shorter tires. Maybe one day someone with figure out the Japanese encryption and we will actually be able to tune these trucks.
