After each heat, the track crew (Thanks Purple Davis and Allan Brown) had to scrape about 10 inches of mud off the track to keep things moving.

Amateur open demo derby in Painesville, Ohio. My friend is in the silver Taurus with the lightning bolt on the side, which is why I follow him throughout. A few parts are cut out when they stopped the racing to let people clear out of their burning cars.
This was the compact car competition. They also run full sized and trailer/camper ones.
Lake County Speedway Trailer Race
I go to Lake Erie Speedway to watch the races. Features: Stock cars; Beater cars; Highlights; Tralier races. Very long saved the best to ladt. Tralier races start at about 8 minutes til end!
