Airkewld 4" Narrowed Ultimate beam with our Standard Air ride Kit. We installed the lower shock relocaters to reduce the PSI to lift the car by 35psi. The beam is 100% Made in America with brand new parts. The tie rods are 100% new, Forged drop spindles, BAD Series disc brakes with Wilwood 2 piston Calipers on 17" Billet wheels with 205-40-17's tires.

Here is a video clip of Chris Addington's RodBuster - a 1969 Karmann Ghia that has a full-billet chassis, a twin Supercharger 2000cc, 4-cylinder horizontally opposed Volkswagen engine that is in the Full Custom show circuit at a early 1990s Volkswagen Bakersfield Summer Nationals.

This is a 1966 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia I recently did the finish body work and paint on. The sheetmetal replacement was performed by Kelly "Metwiz" Brown. Color is Porsche Guards Red. The car is going back to the owner for re-assembly. Music by The Wind-Ups.
Starting The Phantom Ghia prostock VW
First fire up after engine assembly. The Phantom Ghia is a 9 second 1/4 mile, 1958 VW Karmann Ghia door slammer. Built by Robert Cook or Cooker's V-Dubs in Clear Spring, Maryland and owned and driven by Rob Schultz. ****UPDATE**** this car now resides in France under new ownership.

modified pan frame so that engine / transaxel and front beam don't bottom out , Installed rear bags&fronts .cars all back together now till body work begins .Still need to buy valves/compressor/tank . To see pics of build go to myspace find people and look up osacsacto@yahoo.com , then my photos gallery lowrider ghia, will be adding new video after i get control stuff with motor and doors on rear bags take about 120psi to inflate, fronts take about 90psi. I plan on taking it to may09 sacramento bugorama.

1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Engine Start
First time starting up the 2333 cc engine (91x84mm) that I installed in my wife's freshly restored 1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia convertible. Yes, I know my coil is installed upside-down. The after-market wire harness was installed with too little slack to reach a downward-pointing coil. This is temporary.
