Just had this Exhaust put on today
I also just rolled over 130,000 mi. (130,009 mi. to be exact), so I did a
seafoam at the end of the video (single bottle, 1 1/3 cups in the tank,
rest in the brake Booster).

1995 Saturn S Series SC2 engine rebuild
This 1995 Saturn SC2 I found on craigslist with a rod knock. I saved it
from the scrap yard.
*Head cleaned and shaved, no valve seals installed, leak tested.
*Block cleaned, bores honed
*Pistons cleaned, sand blasted and 6 holes drilled in oil control grooves
*Old crank bad, "new" used crank polished
*New standard Clevite 77 rod and main bearings
*New DNJ standard piston rings
*New Cloyes timing chain kit
*New DNJ oil pump kit + new GM oil control relief valve + GM oil pick up
*All new seals
*New Crank sensor
*New water pump
*New Idler Pulley
*New belt tensioner
*New Denso Iridium spark plugs
*New NAPA plugs wires
*New Coolant Temp sensors (2)

Removing broken exhaust studs
Broken Exhaust studs seem to be a
predictable problem on older vehicles. Here's the best way I've found to
get them out. By the way, it works on most any kind of broken off bolt as
long as you have enough sticking out where you can get a grip on it.
Also, don't waste time with vise-grips. Get a good quality set of
gripping pliers. You'll be glad you did.
