Dale's 78 Special Edition TA - Restored!
Dale is a good friend of Restore a Muscle Cars, and we have been working with him every step of the way in the frame off restoration of his SE TA, that he has had for a long time. Dale has been restoring this car since last years TA Nats and over the past month or so is really putting in the overtime! Dale gets married this weekend, so we are under a crunch to help him get his TA done! Last night 1 a.m. we finished 95% of the decaling...
Hell's TA - 80 Trans Am SE LS9 Super Charged ProTouring - Dyno Session
Final Dyno session putting down around 409hp to the ground and 630hp to the flywheel, with Exhaust cutouts closed. With them open, it gains another 10-15hp. This 1980 Special Edition TA, one owner car out of NY that we are just finishing up for the owner, is sporting full DSE equipment, Year One 18x12 and 18x10 snoflakes, a new LS9 crate motor, complete custom KillerPaint.com Mike Lavalle flamed hood bird and accents, Kenwoods new state of the art Double DIN DVD NAV system. 1973 Trans-Am SD BARN FIND
**UPDATE** This car has been sold and shipped to its new owner in June 2010. We were sad to see it go, but had fun watching everyones comments about this car. We sold it in the same condition, having only detailed the car.
We recently acquired this RARE (1 of 252, or 1 of 180 if you compare with automatics) 1973 SUPER DUTY with only 49,000. This is the car exactly as we found it...another video will be coming soon
