Crashing my 2013 Street Triple R with over 150 km/h in the triple left at Oschersleben
Learning it the hard way: After warm-up for race 2 of Triumph Street Triple Cup 2013 was already over, I crashed my bike in the triple left of the circuit at Oschersleben. My Streety looked like a scrap heap. Thanks to the help of the amazing T-Cup-Family I was yet able to start 2,5 hours later in race 2.
Triumph Daytona SE & Street Triple Crash!
We both managed to walk away from it which is the main thing, other than a few cosmetic bits both bikes are repairable. From the start you can see where I start to fixate, as the bike begins to just travel in a straight line.. shame since I was pretty much already around the corner =P Im sure some of you Rossi-wannabes will tell me that this was easily avoidable & you could've done better - coulda, shoula, woulda. When individuals target fixate, they are prone to steer in the direction of their gaze, which is often the ultimate cause of a collision.
