TOV Dyno Test: 2013 Honda Accord V6 6MT Coupe
Our first Dyno test of
the 2013 Honda Accord V6 6MT Coupe. These results suggest that the J35Y2 in
this car is somewhat underrated. This sample vehicle was a full production
model (dealer delivered), virtually brand new, with only around 200miles on
the odometer at the time of testing.
9th Gen Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 w/Nav 6 Speed Manual Transmission Dyno Test
255.56 WHP @ 6,200 RPM
226.09 lb*ft @ 4,900 RPM
97 Degrees about 40% humidity.
If 15% manual transmission loss is accurate with this vehicle, the actual
engine horse power is 300.07 HP. Either that or the car has a 8.07% power
loss. The Dyno is not
liberal or running high. A 2013 Nismo with cat-back Exhaust was tested at 296 WHP as well as 2003
G35 stock was tested at 240 WHP.
This is a baseline test. Mods on the way.
8th Gen Accord 1/4 mile runs, 6speed vs auto.
Auto ended up almost 2 second slower on a quarter mile. 6speed has an air
intake and heavy 20' wheels, automatic (got german plates on the front) has
full Exhaust, intake and 2 12' subs in
the trunk. Coil overs on both. Feel free to like my facebook page to see
the photos behind the videos.

2012 Honda Accord Coupe Test Drive & Car Review
http://www.autobytel.com/honda/accord/2012/?id=32972 The 2012 Honda Accord
Coupe may be the most exciting car to drive from the current Honda stable.
The coupe body style is subtle and sporty with tons of cool accents like
the black grill treatment, swept headlights, and hot wheels. The 2012 Honda
Accord Coupe comes with your choice of 2 different engines. There is the
fuel efficient 4-cylinder that nets 23 MPG in the city and 32 MPG on the
highway, or the sporty V-6 engine which gets 19 MPG in the city and 29 MPG
ion the highway. The V-6 engine also produces over 270 horsepower.
The 2012 Honda Accord Coupe is very fun to drive. The engine is
surprisingly responsive and powerful. There is just something about the
Honda i-VTECH system that makes you smile. And the Accord Coupe V-6 puts
out over 250 lb-ft. of torque which really helps the car get off the line
in a hurry. To top it all off you can get the 2012 Honda Accord Coupe with
a 6-speed manual transmission.
The interior of the Accord Coupe is a nice place to be. The leather seats
are comfortable, all of the buttons are within easy reach, the gauges are
easy to read, and the Nav system is excellent. The Accord Coupe is a great
deal for those looking at buying a nice, reliable, sporty midsized coupe.
Base price is $22,980 for the 4-cylinder engine and the maxed out version
with the V-6 and all the extra amenities and options costs $31,930.

2009 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 6MT Walkaround, Review, Test Drive
Very pleased to show you guys this car, really gives you a piece of that
"old school" Honda magic, hopefully Honda will keep that in the upcoming
"The 2009 Honda Accord offers an appealing combination of spaciousness, a
relatively upscale feel and a reputation for reliability. However, its ride
quality and overall performance are merely adequate for this segment."
