Impersonator tries to pull over police officers
Chadwyck Voegeli of Fort Wayne was arrested after he attempted to pull a car over with what appeared to be a phone displaying red and blue flashing lights. Two off-duty officers were riding in the car in front of Voegeli .

Moore police say Stuart Schall, 43, tried to pull over a man in early March using red and blue flashing lights placed in his pickup in the area of Southeast Fourth Street and South Tower Drive.
