Saturn Idle problem.mov
In this video we show you how to replace an idle air control solenoid and
clean the throttle body on a 1996 Saturn. This car was having a
excessively high idle. It would stay at 1500 RPM even though your foot was
not on the gas pedal. This was caused by carbon build up around and behind
the throttle body as well as a defective idle air control solenoid.

should not be taken as a direct step by step guides. If you attempt a
repair like the one seen in this video please use the proper safety
equipment, take your time and do the job right.
2004 Saturn Ion Redline - Car or parts for sale.
This is my 2004 Saturn Ion Redline, we were siting in traffic at a red
light when someone playing with a cell phone drove into us at full speed.
The car was rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of me. The
insurance company found it to be a total loss, however, the car is still
100% functional. The damage was to the rear and front almost entirely
cosmetic. The video outlines the functions and individual parts that were
not damaged. This car has 74264 miles and has had all scheduled maintenance
done more often than suggested. There was a known factory defect with
reverse gear in the transmissions for these cars, this was one of the
effected models and the transmission was fully replaced sometime around the
40000 mile area. The Catalytic converter was also replaced due to factory
defect sometime after 65000 miles.I am the 2nd owner and bought the car
from Saturn at 22000 miles. The tires were replaced last summer and have
almost all the tread left. The entire car is available for sale, or
individual parts can be purchased. Email me for serious offers only, prices
are fully negotiable. email@example.com

How to change the oil in a saturn.
* * * PLEASE READ * * *
In this video I show how to drain and refill the engine oil as well as
replace the engine oil filter.
The car in the video is a 2007 ion with a 2.2L inline 4-cylinder engine.
The engine holds 5 quarts of oil.
The owners manual recommends a torque of no more than 18ft.-lbs to hold the
filter in place.
The owners manual also says to reset the oil life meter after an oil change
by first turning the key to the on position. Then, press the button on the
trip meter until it reads 'oil life'. Hold the button until it beeps 5
times. That should reset it.
I am not responsible for anything.

iPhone/iPod Intergration with 2008/2009 Saturn Vue (Including Mount) Part 1 of 2
Part 1 of 2
Hey fellow Vue owners!
I figured I'd give you guys the heads up and the skinny on the situation.
If you have always wanted to setup your iPhone/iPod with your Vue so you
Charge it while in use
Control it with the radio/steering wheel controls
Have great sound quality
Not have to always use the AUX port cause the lingering cable is
Have a nice mount with a good viewing angle
This is the video for you. I will show you how to get all this together and
easily installed YOURSELF for about $200! Going to a car audio store will
cost you twice as much! I've done my research. Plus, you'll have the added
honer of a do-it-yourself project you'll use every time you're behind the
Tools you'll need:
Phillips-Head Screw Driver (the longer the stem, the better)
Flat-Head Screw Driver (not so long, but not short either)
Angle Cutters (Wire Cutters)
iSimple - Apple® iPod® Direct Connect Kit for Select GM Vehicles (ISGM74)
also known as the Peripheral Electronics PXAMG iPod Interface
Peripheral Electronics PODCBLBM-5v 3G iPhone Charging Cable
Bracketron Mobile Electronics iPod Docking Kit (Vent Mounting Solution)
Bracketron Mobile Electronics Satellite Radio Dash Mount (Pro-Series 45mm)
All of these items, except for the 3G iPhone Charging Cable can be found at
Best Buy. You may be able to find them online for a few bucks cheaper, but
having the security of being able to return the products if defective is
better if you go to Best Buy. Besides, at the time of writing this thread,
Best Buy is the best bargain. The cable can be found on
DiscountCarStereo.com or by searching Google or eBay.
Make sure the Satellite Radio Mount is the 45mm kind. Otherwise, the mount
will not be long enough. The iSimple Kit must be the ISGM74 version so it
will come with all the necessary cables and such for your 2008/2009 Vue.
You can research more info on the PXAMG Interface but believe me when I
tell you it works WONDERFULLY!
This video will show you how to install each device giving you complete
integration with the factory radio including a mount to hold your
iPod/iPhone in place.
