Turbo 5.3 LSX Fairmont, Greg's First Ride in the Ultimate Sleeper

This is Greg, my 15 year old son's, first ride in the Fairmont. He is the one that found the car on YouTube and told me about it and that Matt (Denmah) wanted to sell it. Too bad it was dark, because you can't see his face. We will make another video this weekend in the light. Anyway, enjoy...there are several hard pulls here with absolutely no traction...and me cackling like an idiot. I love this car!!!

5.3 Turbo LSx Fairmont, Best Pass In-Car from No Problem Raceway, March 31, 2013....
Ok,this was my best pass. As you can see, it launched somewhat decently. Still, not like it used to. I am having issues getting Boost built. Need to address that pronto. I do like this view, tell me what you think.....

5.3 LSX Turbo Fairmont Quick Burnout
Put M/T drag radials on the Fairmont today. They hook like bastards...they hook so hard I can barely get the car to spin! I was hoping to have a nice smokey burnout for you, but I have this lameness instead, LOL. Sounds good though!

Worlds quickest STOCK LS based Motor

5.3 LSx Turbo Fairmont goes 10.36 on First Pass, Exterior View
This is the first time out with Goldmember at the track for me. Drove it an hour on the interstate cruising along happily in OD with the converter locked up @ 2400 rpm, aired down the tires and lined it up. Pass was made on wastegate alone, so 13 psi. Very conservative tune and race gas for insurance. This was the first time this car was launched off of the anti-lag at the track. It cut a 1.71. I think I had about 6-7 psi of Boost built up. Tricky to launch. When I get it down a bit, we will be solidly in the 9's. Went 10.36 @ 134 on this run, with a 6.7 @ 107 in the 1/8th. I am happy for sure with this type of performance for my first time out.....

Toyota 728hp Camrys - The Ultimate Sleeper !
A sleeper is any vehicle that appears to be slow, but is hiding an evil secret in its engine bay. Sleepers are scintillating machines that prove time and skill (and money) can turn a garden variety family sedan or station wagon into a street rocket ready to tackle those with far more cash to burn. Take this Toyota Camry, for example -- it just received a new lease on life courtesy of Canadian tuner Dynamotorsports. Under the hood sits a 3.0-liter V6 engine fitted with custom intake and Exhaust manifolds, a big ol' HKS turbo and a whole lot of Boost. The end result: a Camry that puts down 728 horsepower -- at the wheels. We imagine that mashing the gas results in a display of torque steer that would make Hercules weep as his arms thrash from side to side. Still, this is one Camry we would love to spend some time with, if only for a good laugh. Visit http://www.cartestingnow.com for more video's, articles and info Thank you for watching !

Turbo GSR sleeper civic
This is a video I made a few years ago...it was my High School car. Good old sleeper days. This video doesn't show it, but I installed an electronic Exhaust cutout for the stock Exhaust to go open down pipe. The car went through another small transformation before I sold her... upgraded the Exhaust manifold/down pipe and also some suspension work. Here's a couple of pictures of what she looked like before I sold her: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/206/480814811_2046d1b5f8_o.jpg http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1423/1045530588_a26583e616_o.jpg
