How to Install a Comp Cam in a 5.3L LM7 Part 1
I show you the basics of installing a cam in a 5.3L (LS1 type engine). The cam I install is a new Comp Cam part #54-455-11 with 215/223 Duration and .604/.610 Lift on a 112 LSA.
To go along with the install I put in new 7.4" Hardened Chomoley Pushrods and Comp 918 Valve Spring good for .625 lift.
