Saab 9-5 2.0T OpenSID w/Engine Mode
Activated OpenSID and Engine Mode on my Saab 9-5. Engine mode settings are E = Economy, N = Normal and S = Sport. In this case, E = Lambda-controlled, limited power, about 0,45Bar Boost. N = Normal map, 1,5Bar Boost and S = Normal map + better throttle response.

Abbott Racing 3" Exhaust on Saab 9-3 Viggen
My attempt at recording what an Abbott Racing 3" Exhaust sounds like on a 1999 Saab 9-3 Viggen. You hear the car start up, then the video switches to a bumper mounted angle for some real road audio. It is the full 3" system from the turbo back. Poor tools make for a fairly mediocre recording job unfortunately. Shot using a Sony Cyber-Shot digital camera combined with an Apple iPhone with suction mount attached to the bumper..... doesn't really make for a good quality audio recording. The iPhone just cannot handle the brutality :-) Enjoy... the best I can do for now.

Solving 2001 Saab 9-5 ABS/TCS/CEL Problem -EricTheCarGuy
Visit me at: http://www.ericthecarguy.com/ This 2001 Saab 9-5 came in with just about every light lit up on the dash. The first code I pulled was a P1625 for the CEL which indicates a communication error between the ABS unit and the PCM. After looking into this code I found out this is a common problem with these Bosch ABS units. Rather than purchasing a new unit however I decided to send the existing ABS unit off to BBA Remanufacturing for remanufacture. Some of these units require that you pair a new unit up with the PCM, mine was one of those so sending off my existing unit made the most sense because if I had just gotten a remanufactured one I would have had to program it to work with the cars PCM. This took a bit longer but it saved me quite a bit of trouble in the end. Here are some useful links mentioned in the video.
