1956 Ford F100 302 5.0L headers with flowmaster
1956 ford f100 302 5.0L engine. Sanderson headers. flowmaster 40 series. Exhaust system. Exhaust tips chrome. Block huggers. shortys. Comp cam. High performance. MSD Blaster 3 coil. 45,000 volts. ballast resistor. electronic ignition. air bags. power steering, accel plugs and wires. mini starter. edelbrock. filter. intake. suspension. K&N. hot rod. antique. project truck. stock heads. stock specs. carburated. custom paint job. still needs to be primer. a lot of these parts still need to be added. rebuilt engine. block. pioneer stereo system. custom steering wheel. chrome wheels on the way. deep dish. transmission. a lot still needs to be done to this truck will keep you updated My dad has finished installing an MSD coil with 45,000 volts because of that we had to change out all the plugs and wires so we went with accel yellow 8mm wires so all that is hooked up the problem now is were having trouble fitting those 8mm wires into the distributor cap. the original mallory distributor cap is made for 7mm wires so the hold up trying to find a cap that will fit 8mm wires but also fit that mallory distributor. once that is all done the next step is to take out the dual points which we already did and switch to electronic ignition. if we cant find a cap the most likely thing we would have to do is change out that whole distributor and put a new electric one. once we get it fired up again and running my dad wants to drop the truck about 2" and the plan we have for doing that is by reversing the lease springs which will be cheaper and his plan is to install air bags in the future. ive started sanding part of the truck still have a long way going for that and my dad wants to primer the stuck a straight black color for a while and maybe putting some pin striping it. the main hood need to be put back on but before we can do that we would have to cut out one part because it is completely bent so we would have to weld it back together. still needs new windows and mirrors. carpet inside, there is currents a bench seat but my dad likes the bucket seats better. still need to put carpeting in and stereo with speakers we got just need to be hooked up. power steering needs to be put in and column. the bed of truck needs to be done as well with putting new wood and putting the little things back on it. new rims and tires he still needs and wants to put wide deep dish rims in the back and in the front putting smaller ones still looking into those but it would be a chrome finish and probably 18's in the back. engine performance wise we have put headers and flowmaster 40 series and eventually will take the factory cam out and put a performance comp cam in to give it that aggressive sound. we have a carburetor in there right now would like to put an intake system on it so that would be a while before we put that in. overall we still have a long way to go but have made progress and were figuring at least $10,000 to finish this classic truck. ill keep you updated and hopefully to have another video uploaded to show you were we are at in the progress of my dads 1956 ford f100 302 5.0L

1973 Maverick Grabber 332 Stroker first test drive
This is the first test drive of an 8 month build. It's a very clean 1973 Maverick Grabber that has been converted to a top loader 4 speed. The engine is a 332 Scat Stroker, with Dart Aluminum heads, roller cam, MSD, etc. During the build we also installed an SSBC 4 wheel disc brake conversion. My wife was trying to film the "maiden voyage" and the camcorder batteries went dead. She was relegated to the front porch using the AC adapter. We will get it out on the road for more footage soon....
