Unearthed: Sandown 1969 Video Featuring Allan Moffat's Mustang
A big thanks to Australian Muscle Car magazine reader Kane Docker for supplying this fabulous vision from Sandown's February, 1969 meeting. Kane explains: "I have recently come across some footage recorded onto 8mm Kodachrome 2 film stock. I purchased them from a deceased estate garage sale in a box with other home videos of a general family nature and a very old Titan 8mm projector -- for the princely sum of $15." Thanks also to our mystery cameraman. The vision captures the famed Moffat Mustang in its debut event, open-wheelers, grid girls, circus tents, etc. Enjoy.

Brock Moffatt at 1983 Bathurst.
Ace footage. I'm a big PB fan - but 'the Moff' is historically signifigant as well. Look at my account - heaps of Holden stuff.
