For sale in our Houston Showroom is one tough 1976 Ford Maverick. Ford introduced the Maverick in 1969 as an inexpensivetwo-door sedan and were produced until 1977. The Maverick was brought into production to take place of the Ford Falcon, which was declining in sales after the Mustang was brought to the scene in 1964. This particular Maverick is well equipped with a 331 Roush Stroker crate engine with a whopping 550 horsepower to the wheels. This serious package is complimented by a fully built C4 transmission. Helping select the gear is a B&M Quick Silver shifter and putting all the abuse to the pavement is a Ford 9" rear end packed with 3.55 gears. The exterior of this beast is finished in cortez silver, while the interior is black in color with cloth seats. Options include alluminum/alloy wheels, radial tires, cloth interior and seat belts.
