600HP Lancer EVO IX Launch Control 0-270km/h
I have filmed an insanely fast Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX tuned up to around 600hp by Cambiocorsa Performance, an italian tuner specialized in Japanese cars. Video shows some loud launch control starts of the EVO including a full throttle acceleration 0-270 km/h on a closed course. Tomei EVO 2.3 L stroker acceleration
My new engine got ready and I took it to a quick acceleration test. The engine develops 426 crank HP and 485 lbft (660 nm) torque. Running on pump gas. EDIT: Many people asked so I add this info here: The cars peak HP is exactly at 5700 rpm. After this the HP curve goes down and the torque falls like a brick. The very optimal range to accelerate is between 5000-6000- this is where the car makes 410+ HP. Revving this engine beyond 6k is stupid because of the small stock turbocharger.

Vielleicht ~350PS wenn ich so mit anderen EVOs vergleiche. Power? Don't know. Probably around ~350HP if I compare it with other EVOs.
