1959 GMC DETROIT DIESEL SHIFTING
1959 GMC CANNONBALL. DETROIT 6 CYLINDER INLINE 2 CYCLE DIESEL ENGINE. THE
TRANSMISSION IS A 10 SPEED ROADRANGER. TOP SPEED OF THE TRUCK IS 65 MPH. I
TRIED TO DO A MIX OF LOW RANGE TO HIGH RANGE AND BACK TO LOW , SOME DOUBLE
CLUTCH , SOME NO CLUTCH , JAKE SHIFTING . UPSHIFT AND DOWN SHIFT. SOME
HIGHWAY DRIVING AT 50 MPH AND AT THE END CLIMBING A GRAVEL DRIVE ON A 15 %
GRADE. THE TRUCK HAS 9000 MILES ON A FRAME OFF RESTORATION. IT IS NOT
COMMERCIAL AND DOES NOT SMOKE OR LEAK. IT JUST GOES TO SHOWS , PARADES AND
EDUCATIONAL EXHIBITS IN ITS WELL DESERVED RETIREMENT. THANKS FOR LOOKING !
56 ford f600 cummins conversion test drive_0001.wmv
Used a 94 f700 as a donor vehicle and put the 5.9 cummins diesel into a 56
ford f600. used a fuller fs 5306 6 sp trans. out of a 95 f750, 3.31 ratio
dana 80 rear end out of a 99 freightliner. The truck is geared to cruise at
1800rpm at 62 mph with the aux. trans in direct.
1959 Kenworth 2 stick shifting practice - Part 1
When filmed this was the 3rd time driving my 1959 CC 925 Kenworth truck.
Has a 4 speed main and 3 speed auxilliary transmission and 4.10 gearing.
Engine is an NHCT 270 Cummins. Out for a short drive and to practice
shifting. Gotta learn by doing. By the time it got restored I could get
anywhere I needed to go without a lot of drama. Truck has since gone
through a significant restoration. See more recent videos to see some of
the changes. And yes I know I sucked in this video but like I said - only
the 3rd time I had ever driven it and was out for the specific purpose of
improving, started rough and got a little better but not much. Since then

Dodge With Gooseneck Attempts To Haul 20k+ D6
The video quality is bad because of the lack of light. My brother came
with a guy to haul his dozer right. I look down the road expecting a 18
wheeler, but this dodge and 20k gooseneck combo pulls up. I'm thinking
there is no way this dodge can handle all this weight. Well the dozer
blade didn't lift high enough to load the normal way. When backing up, the
ramps jam up under the blade. They understood their haul rig couldn't
handle the weight. So maybe tomorrow they will return with the proper

Diesel Convoy Burnouts
This is the very large convoy of trucks that gathered in London, Ohio in
front of Toops Diesel Performance shop right before the viewing and
remembrance of Danny Toops, who tragically passed away on November 28th,
