both our clutches were acting up that day. mine wouldn't go into third and his wouldnt come out of first. 96 Trans Am WS6 LT1. 6 speed. Exhaust dumped after cats, smog pump deleted, basically stock 00 Camaro SS LS1 6 speed Cam, LS6 intake, 3.73 gears, LT headers, O/R X pipe, true dual spin tech mufflers, SLP lid, stage 2 clutch, hurst shorty shifter, lowered and full suspension upgrade, Dyno tuned at 398 rwhp

LT1 383 stroker hotcam
Here's a short video of my Formula after my motor swap. It got a 383 LT1 with an Edelbrock performer air gap 58mm intake, hotcam and the bulletproof MSD optispark. Other upgrades are 410 rear gears with a detroit locker, SLP coated stainless headers with loudmouth 1 all the way back, Edelbrock adjustable coilovers, and a stage 3 clutch. I have owned this car for ten years, and the motor had about 170K miles on it before It lost oil pressure at idle, and blew a head gasket, but even with these problems, it was still drivable, and it still did great burnouts. I am going to build a 396 with the original motor.





DEATH OF A TRANS AM WS6!!
After a year of beating on the stock block after all the mods, and approaching 98k miles, the LS1 block finally started having excessing blow-by in the cylinders and also blowing oil into the upper crankcase housing. It ran strong, producing idle launch 1/4 times of 12.4 @ 118MPH. But....IT'S TIME TO GO BIG!! Updates on the way... Car has LS1 motor, cam, Dart Pro 1 stage 3 heads, headers, Borla Exhaust, cutout, LS6 intake, lid, K&N, tune, ASP pulley, Hurst shifter, shift light, Nitto Drag Radials, DragLite wheels, Moser 4.10 gears and more.
