Out annoying the local townsfolk immediately after an engine replacement. It was supposedly built in the 80's by a Mazda sponsored race team. "Blueprinted, custom cam, race header, Weber carb". 1.5 liters of fury. Open header.
It was slow. It was loud. We beat on it until the brakes would catch fire. It was very entertaining until it blew up.

1988 Mazda 323 GTX 4WD Turbo - My 13th Car I have ever owned
Only 2,000 of these GTX models were imported to america. These cars are
unique, rare and fun to drive. This is a five speed on the 2.2l engine
pushing 14psi rated 190-200HP, not stock as in extra parts and after market
helped produce more horse power.
Yes it is a 4x4, 4WD, AWD, how ever you want to put it... all the tires
turn (think subaru). It's been lowered with full adjustable shocks and
coil-overs. Strut bar and 4 disk brakes with the front slotted. It has snow
tires that have 95% tread (basically new)
Original paint, engine has been redone, Miata differential. Lots of other
stuff I forget that have been done before my owning time with it. But for
how fast it is with the turbo and all, I
get 21 miles per gallon (mpg) in the city =]
Should be great for the snow or rally. It used to have a roll cage in it
but I cut it out (i kept it though) It was basically built to rally but I
never done any of that. I got 10 years of records from previous owner of it
passing DEQ every 2 years perfectly, when it was my turn to get the tags,
it past right up no problems!
I get lots of compliments driving it around! This GTX was taking care of
and went through some money. On my part, it just consumed a lot of my time
to make it look this nice since I bought it.

1985 Mazda GLC 3-door hatchback
So here she is,
"She had me at hello" - a little curbside love! anyway....
So its a 1985 mazda GLC 3-door hatch.
4spd manual, manual windows, radio delete option, no tilt steering, no
power steering, no a/c, it does however have working windshield wipers and
rear defrost... haha
Car still has original spare, INCREDIBLY little rust... yeah, the bumpers
are bent, but no big deal...
It runs and drives incredibly well, not to mention BETTER than it should
considering its a 25 year old car.

wants to throw the SRT badge on more of their cars, and Honda’s next
Ridgeline is going to be more of what a pick-up truck should be. Plus,
it’s a friendly day here for our Humpday segment, Friendsday Wednesday!

Mazdaspeed Protege REVIEW
In this video I give you a full in depth review of a 2003 mazda speed
protege'. It has a turbo 4 cylinder
engine and a 5 speed manual transmission. Basically, it's not about what's
to like about the but more about whats not to like. This car sucks on gas,
which would be okay if it was fast. It is NOT a fast car. It is very slow
and and more indicative of a four door family sedan (without the good gas
mileage). A lot of kids like to street race these cars and put Boost controllers on them but if you do then
you will probably have a blown motor. The car handles great in the twisties
and has a great sound system.
