Ford Capri 2.0 135bhp Rolling Road.
Here's my Capri at Alan Jeffrey's rolling road (Plymouth) on its standard pinto block with a few choice mods- Weber 38DGAS, Pipercross filter, Kent FR30 camshaft kit, Vernier Cam Pulley, tubular manifold into Ashley system, Sierra electronic ignition. Ran 135bhp which wasn't bad for a 100k engine with a couple of hundred pounds worth of mods!
my 2 litre mk2 escort standard
this is my 1.6 escort i just swapped the motor to a 2.0 pinto huge power increase, it is alot faster when driven on ashfalt, completely standard, no air filter & extrators/headers TIP FOR ANYBODY DOING THE SWAP : if you do the pinto swap, and its completed, ready to start up, dont have the car on jackstands, make sure its on its four wheels otherwise no fuel can reach the pump unless fuller than 1/2 tank...
feel free to ask my any questions about the swap :)
