2.0 16v Redtop Fiat Seicento
This is a car that myself and a few friends made within 6 weeks on our
driveway. The car has been custom made to take a 2.0 16v Vauxhall Redtop
Engine. This video is the first one to prove the car does exist, and we are
the first to achieve a front engined 2.0 vauxhall powered seicento.
The car is far from finished, its just to show that it does exist, and its
working! The engine was over fueling proir to this video, hence the
I would like to thank Ben Belben, Liam Simpson & Bryn Stilgoe for all their
help over the last 6 weeks.
FIAT CINQUECENTO TURBO PROMO
Here's a video I made a couple of years ago of my friend's Fiat Cinq turbo. The engine was originally setup by
Van Aaken and he found the modified engine in a Cinq on eBay. Alex bought
the car, rebuilt the engine and then swapped his standard 1.1 for this Van
The original video we uploaded has about 30,000 views (as of March 2010),
which is brilliant! However there were a few issues with the sound and
visual quality - these were the days where there was confusion over what
the best compression settings were to use for YouTube videos! So here's a
better quality version!
This was the very first car promo I made, so its a little rough around the
edges but I thought I would show it anyway! Shot on a Sony HVR-A1E, shots
at the start were done on a Hague Handy Jib (bloody hard to get the hang of
using!). I used a Sony 520line EX Bullet Camera, a Century 0.3x Ultra
Fisheye for the in-car shots and the whole thing was edited on Final Cut
Pro 5 with some Nattress filters.
