Mazda MX5 Cadwell park trackday March 2012. 3 Mk1's go at it. 808 keyfob cam #16
3 Green mk1 mazda mx5's (eunos) on trackday at cadwell park uk. All 3 are standard 1.8's with rollbar, and stiffer suspension, and that's about it. As usual we were catching people on the corners and losing out on the straights. They have 130bhp at the flywheel (at best) as all of the cars are over 100k miles. Camera car has an LSD as its a VR limited edition, with 4 new cheapo BCT ditchfinder tyres, which were not ideal!!! Camera was an 808 keyfob micro cam #16 filming in HD mounted on the rollbar.

Video of my first track day at the newly reworked Blyton Park. Richard's done a great job here, the track has a good variety of stuff and is surprisingly challenging! I managed 85 trouble-free laps, no queuing or problems with traffic - great day! Huge thanks to the guys at Apex Trackdays (www.apextrackdays.co.uk) for the good organisation as always. Onboard footage from my final session at Blyton Park in a ~200hp Nissan 200SX. Mostly without a hitch, although could probably have got some more laps in if I hadn't pulled in after something hit the floor of the car in the chicane on the last lap... turned out to be a stone.

----WATCH IT IN HD!!---- My final time out on track at Blyton Park on the 5th August 2012 courtesy of Apex Track Days. Weather had been great all day and if anything was too hot! The car I'm running in this footage is my Clio PH2 172 with K-Tec Racing 438 cams, KTR induction setup, KTR supersports Exhaust with silenced decat and various other additions. As the day was coming to an end there wasn't too many cars on track at this point but those that were I passed fairly easily so my driving couldn't have been too bad?!?
