DSM 4g63 Engine Build
This is the video I made for the rebuild I did on my 1995 Eagle Talon TSi AWD. It took us over 6 months of hard work consisting of many almost sleepless nights, and countless frustrating moments that almost made us walk away. Engine Work Includes: honed cylinders, decked head and block, head rebuilt, new timing components, water pump, arp main and headstuds, acl race bearings, cometic mls headgasket, new engine gasket set, stock pistons and rods, odds and end stuff.

1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T
Well I've decided to sell my long and never ending project. I've owned this car since 98' and have garage kept it pretty much 98% of that time. This car has never been in an accident and has a clean title. I'll even say this is probably one of the nicest DSM's in the nation, definitely one of the cleanest. I've taken time to do exactly what I wanted to the car. That includes powder coating almost every piece under the hood (gloss black) or polishing. Tons of attention to detail was used on this car. It will make a great street/strip car as the only eliminations are A/C and cruise control. Honestly I can't even remember everything that is done but the list below is what I do remember. 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T Silver Minden Pearl 52,028 miles on chassis 207 miles on motor (true 2.0 4G63T) using only Brad Penn oil The car made 418.3 WHP and 293.2 tq at 20 psi on a Dyno Dynamics loaded Dyno also known as the "heart break" Dyno. You can add 20-25% to that number and get what a Dyno Jet would read. There is a lot more in this car, and I was looking making 500+ on that same Dyno, but found out the single walbro fuel pump wasn't enough. The car hasn't seen the track since 2001, so this current setup has yet to be abused. 1995 Eclipse GSX build
Pics from 10/10/08 to 10/24/09. I basically tried to keep it as stock as possible since this was my daily driver during this time. Mods: -T28 turbo -HKS turbo timer -HKS Air filter -HKS SSQV BOV -SS oil feed line -EVO 9 Pistons and rods (8.8:1) compression -ACL main bearings -ARP main and headstuds -AEM Fuel rail -BSEK -VR Speed FMIC -Fidanza Flywheel The car no longer has this engine since I sold it with a 95 Talon I had. The car now has a 6bolt engine with a 35R turbo and many other mods.

1998 Eclipse GSX Fully Built - SCM-6152e 18psi Meth Injection -335awhp
Went out for a quick ride to the store. I didn't beat on it and shift like a mad man but thats full power 18psi w/meth injection on. I will get more and better video's once I get my upgraded wastegate and tune for higher psi and for more timing now that I have the meth injection.

I am not claiming to be the fastest or coolest DSM, just wanting to show off and be proud of what I got. This is DSM number 5, and hopefully my last. I started off transferring many parts from my 97 GST to the GSX, and when I get more money for more parts, I will retune and hit up the track.
