Pontiac Lemans Burnout
This is the '72 Pontiac Lemans up in smoke in the middle of town. yes, we
stopped traffic to do this. I can't wait to see this car at the drag races
and with slicks it should pull wheelies!
Old Race Car First Start - 1968 Pontiac Lemans Stock Car Lives Again!
I picked up this old roundyround race car from a buddies wrecking yard. It
was cheap, my parents are pissed it's in the back yard, nothing is new.
Norm Brill was the driver, I have no idea who he is so I'm going to assume
he went out in a blaze of glory having a shootout with the cops while
drunk, naked and high on PCP, leaving his race car in the weeds lost to
It's a 1968 Pontiac Lemans, the same body as the GTO and Tempest from what
I understand. The engine is either a 400 or a 350 V8, it had air
conditioning and power steering, possibly a limited slip rear differential
but I haven't had a chance to check. The carburetor is a 2 throat unit.
It pained me to see it crushed and sent to China like the Nova stock car
that was beside it, so I saved it, and now ya'll can enjoy it! Sorry the
audio isn't better, it sounds really good in person because the mufflers
fell off but it's more than my phone's microphone can handle. The engine
sounds very tight and any smoke is likely from the nasty gas I filtered and
ran through it.
I also show the old lettering on the car, but it's only because it's neat.
I'm not a race driver and have no sponsorship from the names listed, if
they are even in business any more I'd be surprised.
It's just a cool ol' muscle car!
Edit: Man this is taking a while to upload. The bent fan and nerfed crank
pulley happened when it was moved at the wrecking yard before I got it. I
can fix the pulley, but the fan is toast. It'll be replaced before it takes
out the water pump. The radiator is junk, it's leaking and I have a large
1ton truck radiator I'll put in it's place, possibly with an electric fan,
maybe mounted in the trunk and ducted. I'd sorta like to get fenderwell
headers for it like the ratrod has. Will have to look around at the
swapmeet....man...this is slow...I like Reddit? Ya'll like reddit? It's
neat. Yup...Ooh, I should post this to carporn or something. Oh man, almost
done...go...go little bar, you can do it! Oh to heck with it, I'mna go get
Edit 2: Aw man, it went backwards...was at 100, then went to 95...god, now
I just feel like a girl writing in her diary about stupid stuff. Like, oh
my gawd becky, did you SEE the percentages on that video? I kno rite? Oh, I
know, hey you should check out huskystarcraft if you like video games,
starcraft II Wings of Liberty in particular. That Husky guy is pretty cool,
the music videos are rad. I may have a straw hat and smell like narsty
gasoline and durt but I'm a nerd at heart and I still play with cars! Oh
hey it's done I think...neat.

Up for sale is a 1964 Pontiac Lemans. This is an amazingly clean and well
detailed frame off restored car! The rebuild has just 5000 miles and is
like new. The '64 Pontiac is powered by its original 326 HO V8 engine. The

with 3.23 gears. Options include: A/C, AM Radio, Hub Caps, Power Brakes

1973 Plymouth Duster (Dugster) Tunnel Ram!
My 4 year project finally running. 360 Small Block w/ 2 Holly 450 4-brl
carbs on a tunnel ram. The sound on the camera was overdriving to the point
of distortion. It's not as noisy as this video makes it seem.

LeMans Safari Station Wagon Classic Estate Break Youngtimer Car Video Review Walk Around
Pontiac Lemans Safari Station Wagon 5.0L 305 V8 Classic Youngtimer Car
Video Review Walk Around http://www.1ownercarguy.com Here is a very nice
Pontiac Lemans Wagon that is like a muscle car and sports car all in one.
It has the looks of a sporty car but is also a wagon that you can haul the
whole family around in. As you can see the paint is a little faded but the
body is straight and clean. I like the front end on these. All of the
chrome is in good condition and has a nice shine to it. I really like the
factory wheels that they put on these. Really gives the car a unique look.
This car has the 5.0L 305 in it and is a good runner. It has been sitting
awhile so does run a little rough but nothing a tune up can't fix. The
interior is clean and well maintained. You will be hard pressed to find a
cleaner car like this.

In 1978, the Le Mans and other GM mid-sized cars were considerably
downsized and lost some 600-800 lb in the process, as part of GM's
corporate downsizing program following the aftermath of the Arab Oil
Embargo induced energy crisis of 1973 - 1974. Pontiac's engines were also
downsized, with the standard engine being the Buick 3.8L 231ci V6, Pontiac
265ci V8, or optional Pontiac 4.9L 301ci V8 for 1978, (a Chevy 305ci V8 in
California). 1978 also saw Pontiac's 350ci & 400ci engine production shut
down after many years of service as its hallmark V8's. A limited production
run of 400ci engines was made, but were only available in 1978 and 1979
Trans Ams equipped with the 4-speed manual transmission. From 1978 to 1980,
Pontiac's mid-sized lineup included the base Le Mans, Grand Le Mans, and a
revived Grand Am; all available as a Coupe, Sedan, or Wagon. Although the
new Grand Am was better suited in size and concept than the original
1973--1975 Grand Am as a European-styled touring coupe/sedan, it was not a
tremendous seller. In 1980, the Grand Am was only offered as a coupe. With
lacking sales, the "Grand Am" nameplate was again discontinued until 1985,
when it was reborn as Pontiac's new compact car, a form the Grand Am would
take for the next two decades, until being replaced by the Pontiac G6 in

1969 pontiac lemans 455
Here's a video of my 69 lemans with rebuilt 455 bored .040 over (464),
speed pro pistons, edelbrock rpm camshaft, 6x-8 heads ported, comp cams
rollertip rockers, edelbrock valve springs, procomp intake, 750cfm
edelbrock carb, and flowtech headders. This combo makes great power and I
love the torque this monster makes. Next upgrade will be edelbrock aluminum
heads to really wake this beast up! Please comment on engine combo, body,
and suggestions. Thanx
1963 Pontiac LeMans Rare 4 Cylinder Four Barrel Four-speed 3.73 Posi - Half of a 389 V8
I thought you might like a look at this very unique 1963 Pontiac LeMans.
It's powered by a 194.5 Cubic Inch 45 Degree Four Cylinder, topped with a 4
BBL Carb, and running through dual Exhaust. Pontiac, basically cut a 389 V8 in
half...in fact, it uses the same head as the 389 and the 421. In this case,
the four cylinder is backed by a four-speed manual and a set of 3.73 Gears
with Posi. As you can see, it really is a great looking car and would look
right at home on the dragstrip in the 1960's. I hope you find it
interesting, thanks for taking a look!
