1979 VW Super Beetle Convertible
Visit http://www.leftcoastclassics.com/1979-volkswagen-convertible/ to see this nice 1979 Volkswagen Super Beetle sold by Left Coast Classics. California car with the original blue license plates. Just passed California smog. Starts; runs and drives nicely. Everything works but the radio. Our local VW shop just checked out and the car is ready to go! This Beetle has a few cosmetic imperfections such as some paint chips and scratches, etc. but still looks nice. The paint is shiny and the interior looks nice, too. A brand new $1,500 top and headliner have just been fitted and really look great! There is a crack in the dash but we have a dash cover available and may install if the reserve is met. The heater keeps the car toasty warm and the wipers work. The radio is old and inoperable so the new owner may want to install one. The tires have plenty of tread and the brakes are good. There was minor rust in the floors and those areas were just replaced. This is a nice little cruiser with a clear title and recent tune-up. With winter close, these are a great deal compared to spring when everyone is looking for one! It would make a great little Christmas present, too!
1962 VW Bug Convertible for Sale
Visit http://www.leftcoastclassics.com/1962-vw-bug-convertible/ to see this rare small tail light 1962 VW Bug Convertible for sale from Left Coast Classics in Sonoma California.
Super rare 1962 Volkswagen "Small Tail Light" Bug Convertible for sale. According to Samba's vin chart, car was produced in January of 1962.
The interior has a "stock feel" but as you can see, later modern front seats were fitted which are very comfortable. The quality of materials used on the interior are excellent and the fit and finish inside is great. Also has a new super high quality cloth top with a beautiful cloth headliner. And YES! It DOES have the curved rear window glass. Previous owner stated that they completely rebuilt the frame and bows. The top goes up and down with ease and the boot cover fits great with working snaps.

1972 VW Karmann Ghia
1972 Karmann Ghia Convertible. Great little California car, same owner for the last 8 years. Solid, straight body and very comfortable interior. Car appears to have had a couple of color changes, it was originally yellow. The body is very nice with very little filler and no rust. The passenger floor shows some rust and will need to be replaced eventually if the car is to be driven in the weather. Otherwise, drivers side is fine. The black cloth top is in nice condition as is the rear glass window. The interior is also pretty nice though the door panels are warped. The car starts and runs well. It shifts nicely and drives straight. The brakes are responsive and the suspension functions properly with good handling. Car shows 6K miles, the actual miles are unknown.
Owning a classic VW is a great feeling! You'll get thumbs-up every where you go, and you'll soon realize these cars have a personality all their own. If you've ever considered buying a Ghia, or if you've had a classic VW in the past and want to rekindle that joyous, nostalgic feeling that can only come from a classic Volkswagen, then this is the car for you. Not to mention the extremely low cost of ownership, great gas mileage and the fact that these cars are only appreciating in value. See it at http://www.leftcoastclassics.com/1972-vw-karmann-ghia/

1961 VW Beetle, Sunroof, Fabulous!, SOLD!
1961 VW Beetle, Sunroof, Fabulous!, FOR SALE
This is a recently acquired motorcar, we've not even had a chance to detail it yet! This solid little bug just had a $3,000 engine and drivetrain rebuild by a VW specialist in Temecula, CA. This little bug performs brilliantly!! Mechanically it is excellent with a dual-port 1600 engine that has been totally rebuilt (less than 200 miles since the mechanical restoration). The paint and interior are average and it has benefited from a new stereo and speakers hidden in the glove box.
Being a Florida and California car it has almost no rust, just a very small section near the drivers door. We even tested it fill the Filler Detective to ensure it didn't have any surprises. The belly pan is in excellent condition. The glass is very good and the chrome and stainless trim are in very good condition except for the door vent window frames could be improved.
The tan interior appears to have been totoally replaced in the last few years and is in good condition. There is one small hole the size of a dime in the drivers seat back. There are four VW seat belts installed in the car as well.
