See our latest progress at: http://www.commsp.ee.ic.ac.uk/~mrt102/other/workshop/fiesta_zetece.html Rebuilt 2.0L Ford Zetec engine removed from a 1999 Ford Cougar. We replaced all bearings, oil seals, gaskets etc. and here we're firing it up for the first time using the original wiring loom and ancillary parts. This was our first complete overhaul so we were very pleased that it fired up without a glitch following some minor problems with the immobiliser and fuel pump.
