1,2 Million KM Mercedes 300TD Winter Start
Here's a video of the worn Mercedes 300TD starting on a pretty cold day. It used to be a taxi, and has over 1,2 million km on it.
Ford Mondeo 0-100km/h with 2000 rpm MAX
People often compare Diesel with Petrol and say Diesel's are slow.
My Mondeo is 0-100km/h in 10 seconds - not very fast.
But in normal driving, at low rpm, I am sure it is faster than a Mondeo 2.0i ;o)
I'd like to see a video of a 2.0 petrol Mondeo doing the same as this video.
Rolling start, 0-100 through the gears, with no more than 2000 and 2500 rpm.
...and maybe some other cars too. A BMW 330d, turbo petrol cars ect. :o)
Mondeo ST220 0-100mph
Standard ST220 barely run in.
0-60 in 6.8
0-100 in 16.68
These times could possibly be improved with a few more miles on the clock and by making full use of the rev range.
