Two at the Top (Ford Granada launch film) - 1971
When Ford chose to replace the enormous Mk IV Zodiac and Zephyr range, they
took a massive leap forwards with the new Granada and its cheaper brother,
the Consul. Smaller than its forebear, it was lighter, faster, and smarter. This is a shortened
version of the launch film for both cars, and shows how high Ford were
aiming with this car in terms of the cars it was competing with.
Ford Granada 2.9 v6 burnout
Chaam 'tire burning contest'.
Milo's Ford Granada 2.9 v6, AKA 'the Spollmeister' goes as first, burning a
tire till it pops.
Unfortunately this was the last run for the worn 2.9, it runs hot and 2
days after the car needed an engine swap.
Bandenstoken 'Chaam cross'
3.5 litre V8 Reliant Robin.
1976 Reliant Robin with a 3.5 litre V8 Rover engine driving off its trailer
for a display in Tamworth. It's a Reliant that boy racers wish they hadn't
tried to race as they trail behind sucking in the Exhaust fumes. :o) (
