80 Chevrolet El Camino 305-4 barrels carb. terrific sound
My hobby car 80 el camino only for hobby, not for racing and cruising, I'm just playing with this machine :)
Some of you guys are asking me "how the heck you get that sound with GM 305?"
Here is the answer:
No more stupid EFI, computer system or any modern stuff exist. I've changed Intake manifold, installed 4 barrels edelbrock carburator (Performance), some racing exhaust manifold, huge size of exhaust pipes and no gasket between pipe and exhaust manifold :)
changed oil, fuel and water pumps,Thermostat, all the hoses, changed all gaskets in the engine and painted a bit, used mostly CAT (Caterpillar) heavy duty bolts, a better style of air filter etc...
The most important stuff is "RESIZED PISTONS"! I have resized pistons, now they are bigger than factory size ;)

yep the blazer tryed to move =] couple u joint straps n it will have RWD to. 305 v8 , turbo 350, np 203, 14sf rear, 10 front.

daytime video of my '81 camino.. just having a little fun on a nearby parkinglot.. too bad you can't really hear the rumble of the goodwrench 305. the next video will be when she is all de-rusted and painted. the whole painting process will take place the next few weeks and will be done by a friend and myself. (both professional bodyshop carpainters).
