1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible 428 Four Barrel Muscle Car - Start-up and Walkaround
I thought you'd like a look at this nicely restored 1967 Pontiac GTO
Convertible. It's looking really slick with that gold exterior and black
top. Under the hood, they've installed a 428 Pontiac V8 with a 4 BBL carb.
All the power is running through a 3 spd automatic with a His and Hers
shifter. It's riding on a nice set of PMD(Pontiac Motor Division) Rally
wheels and the interior looks nearly new. This is one sharp looking car all
the way around. As you can hear in the clip, it also sounds pretty mean
with that 428 pumping through dual Exhaust. I hope you find it
interesting....thanks for watching!

Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Kit, Organ, EP
With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from
Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together
as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to
electric piano. 011

1966 Pontiac GTO 389 Tri-power 360HP Four-speed Muscle Car
I thought you'd like a look at this nicely restored 66 Pontiac GTO muscle
car. This factory hot rod is equipped with the 389V8 with the Tri-power
carb set up, a four speed manual trans, and a set of 4.33 posi gears in the
rear. This car is in excellent condition all the way around and should run
out real strong. It comes with all the PHS documentation that proves it's
authenticity. Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate it.

1966 Pontiac GTO STK 0024-ATL.mpg
Very correct REAL 242 Code 1966 Pontiac GTO convertible in great condition.
Authentic GTO convertibles are hard to find as not that many were produced
compared to hardtops (12,798 convertibles versus 73,785 hard tops in '66).
This car is finished in its original and rare color combination of Charcoal
Blue (Code B) with white convertible top (Code 1) and Parchment Interior
(Code 242). We really like this color combination, the white interior
contrasts well against the dark blue exterior paint and gives this car a
classic look and unique look. Sorry, but sometimes we just get tired of
seeing red and black cars with black interiors! This is a very good car
that was ground-up restored in 1995 and has been well kept and taken care
since. The undercarriage and frame are extremely solid and have no rust
issues whatsoever. The paint was re-done again in 2005 and has a nice,
period correct finish. The interior of this car is 90% original and is
still in fantastic condition. Careful observers will notice this car has
the rare option of factory power windows which we think just adds to the
cool factor, especially on a muscle-car like the GTO! This is also a
factory AC car that's been converted to R134 and the AC is blowing cold-no
worries there. A Pontiac aftermarket AM/FM Cassette player has been
installed in the stock radio location but the original AM radio is boxed up
and in the trunk. The power convertible top is fully functional and
operates excellent. A parchment convertible top boot is included in the
sale as well.
Under hood is a rebuilt NOM 389 V8 that is mostly stock with the exception
of a Holley 4 bbl carburetor sitting on top. A spare, rebuilt Carter
carburetor is in the trunk if the next owner wants to change it out. We
also have the factory-style air cleaner in the trunk if you want a more
correct look under hood. This is a YS code automatic 389 and the date code
indicates it to be a 1966 block. The automatic transmission shifts great
and was fully rebuilt just last year along with new brakes being installed
at all four corners. The car is equipped with factory power drum brakes
both front and rear. Also installed recently was a fully aluminized
Flowmaster dual Exhaust system which
gives the 389 a really muscular tone
but its not overbearing. Rally II wheels give this car a classic GTO look
and when wrapped in the Red Line tires the car sits perfect.
This GTO would make a really nice Sunday driver or possibly a local show
car. It's not in fresh frame-off, concourse condition but the price isn't
$70,000 either. Pretty much everything is there and the car isn't hiding
anythingit's just a good honest car that's a blast to drive! With the
power factory windows (which all work great by the way), the working
AC, and the color combination this will be a valuable car for many years to
come. Factor in the rarity of GTO convertibles and you have a pretty good
piece to invest your money into right here guys. So what are you waiting
for? Pick-up the phone and let's get this car in your garage!
