Porsche 914/6 GT von Mittelmotor GmbH beim FHR 24h Classic 2014 auf dem Nürburgring (Grand Prix Strecke plus Nordschleife) in Front- und Heckperspektive. Dynamische Aufnahmen wechseln zwischen vorn und rückwärts ausgerichteten Kameras. Das Ergebnis wurde ein 2. Platz im Gesamtklassement und der Klassensieg. Die Gegner waren Ford GT 40, Porsche 904 und 911 ST und 914/6 GT, Lotus Elan, Marcos 1800, BMW 2002, Austin Healey, Ford Mustang, Fiat Abarth, Alfa Romeo GTAm u.v.a. Porsche 914/6 GT from Mittelmotor in Germany at the 2014 24h Classic race at the Nürburgring (Grand Prix circuit plus Nordschleife). Views are changing between forwards and backwards pointed perspectives, competing against Ford GT 40, Porsche 911 ST, BMW 2002, 3,0 CSL, Lotus Elan among many others. The class was won and the second place overall could be achieved.

UPDATE: Wow. I made this for college applications 3 years ago and lost the password to the account. I had no idea it had become this popular. I was gonna delete it but perhaps I'll make a second one first. ALSO IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED: Since I went off to college, the car has been collecting dust. I'm the only one who ever drove it. So if someone is looking for a project, get in touch. My father and I haven't had the heart to get rid of something we put so much time into but it really could use someone who is more attentive to it. I'm Harrison and this is a video showing a test ride in my electric 914. I, influenced by Tesla Motors, converted this with my father, a physicist. The kit we bought was NOT very well designed. We made many improvements. Specs: 200 volt Li-ion battery pack, 48 cells - Thundersky Batteries DMOC 445 Motor Controller - Azure Dynamics 3-Phase A.C. Motor - Azure Dynamics Close to original curb weight Sorry to say that we haven't quite tested its full capabilities. So far I've driven it at 55mph, but it could go way above that -- 70 or 80 perhaps. The range is hardest to test because you have to run the battery all the way out which makes it hard to get back. 60 miles before recharge is what we've done which is a week of driving. I'll update when we do more range/speed tests.
