1995 5.0 Ranger Budget Project
Project so far cost me $1500 (including the price of the truck). Its a 1995 Single Cab Ranger with a 1996 Explorer 5.0 GT40. The trans is a 4R70W from a 98 Mustang. The rearend is an Explorer 8.8 with 3.73's and limited slip. The drive shaft is from a 96 Thunderbird which i cut out 9 inches (did not have to rebalance and is smooth sailing over 100 mph!)The Exhaust is true dual with 1 1/2 inch shorty Hedman headers for a late 60's Mustang and Flowmaster 40's and its only temporary!
