URC is as active as ever at http://UltimateRC.com/forums/ ! If you have RC-related questions or want to share your own experiences, sign up for the free & friendly URC Forums & join *thousands* of other RCers interacting every single day! Responses to Frequently Asked Questions: Q: Do you have a video of/about _______? A: Check by visiting my main channel page; hit the channel-specific search box and enter a relevant keyword (fewer the better) Q: Why haven't you made new videos in a long time? A: My local RC track facility was forced to move a long ways away. Meanwhile, nearly every open space in my heavily populated area (San Francisco, California region) is *explicitly* off-limits to RCs and regularly patrolled by rangers and/or police and I've been booted once too many times. I've got no good place to legally drive & film within a reasonable distance :( Q: Will you ever return to the RC hobby? A: I sure hope so! Plan is to try to buy a house with enough land to build my own little private track / testing facility, if the real estate market allows. Q: Why did you disable comments on your existing videos on this channel? A: You know, *most* RC hobbyists are cool folks. YouTube though, harbors an extraordinarily large population of the most vitriolic, extremist, hyper-fanboys who make it their life's purpose for weeks at a time to develop and then spread the most ridiculous fabricated stories to try to tear down a guy who happened upon a little success & popularity as a result of working hard & sharing something he loves to do. I'm not into that. Normal human beings who want to chat up a storm about RCs can do so on the forums where there's a sense of community as well as accountability. Q: Is URC (which stands for UltimateRC.com) dead? A: Silliest question of all time, hands down. Visit http://UltimateRC.com/forums & hit "View New Posts" for your answer! Q: With RC testing on the backburner, are you doing anything instead? A: I've merely shifted from one type of toy to another! Check out http://www.JANGBRiCKS.com . With the same level of dedication I previously applied to RC, I've built YouTube's most-viewed narrative review channel for LEGO & other brick-based building systems. LEGO is the world's single most popular toy for ages 2 to 100 and has a remarkably positive & supportive global fanbase. Like with RC, what outsiders think of as "just kids toys" is actually a vast & diverse world of often very complex builds & challenges. Unlike with RC, though, all of the parts are compatible, pieces from the 1970s are still fully usable today, and there are no rain cancellations or surprise track closures or park rangers to contend with :D

Custom RC Trucks - Tamiya Ford F350 4X4 High Lift Rock Crawler
UPDATE 12/20/2014 - Black and Yellow has been sold and now resides somewhere in Canada. I sold absolutely everything else RC I owned to a guy in Indonesia through RC Crawler dot com where I am still a member and go by snowmaninhell. You can view my 1/10 scale utility trailer and slide-in camper build I did here: http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/scale-accessories/386779-1-10-utility-traile r.html You can view my 1/10 one ton Toyota, a.k.a. OTTER, here: http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/1-9-scale-rigs/407871-snowmans-1-9-project-o tter.html There's tons of detail in both of those above mentioned builds as well. You won't be disappointed. I want to thank everyone for all the great comments past, present, and future. However, I will delete any comments with profanity. This is a family friendly page, so please keep it clean. I see a lot of the same questions asked recently as was a couple of years ago. Go to the beginning of the comments, where I was answering most of the questions asked, and read through those and you will probably find your answer. Good luck in your build and I hope I was able to inspire an idea for it. Or, maybe at least you enjoyed watching my video. BTW, for all the purists out there, I put the Hemi in the F350 because it's all I could find at the time. If there was a Triton V10 or Powerstroke scale engine available I would have definitely put that in instead. So, take a deep breath and understand that it's just an RC truck.

Click Here To Subscribe! ► http://bit.ly/JOovvU - 1080HD For TOP Quality Viewing! A COMPLETE CUSTOM JOB! The "BLACK WiDOW" is released! It is such an honour, and a RARE TREAT that I have this level of help in the studio and out! I have been too busy to get the build done myself, and I had a Young viewer of RC Adventures (David), and a fellow RC ADDiCT (His Dad, Dave) take on this massive project. David Jr was incredibly creative.. and took to this RC Build Project like a fish to water. I gave him an Unlimited Budget.. and A Real Natural ability to mould sculpt HIS IDEA of what a TTC (Tough Truck Competition) wraith should be. The Vanquish Products on this build are truly a the work of fine craftsmanship. Vanquish has always had a reputation of putting out pure quality cast aluminum and machined part With the cast Aluminum Wraith Axles, Steering Assembly, & Rims, this truck was primed for a COMPLETE Custom Job by the "Dave's".. Wow! David Jr tackled this project like a BOSS!
