I have always wanted to do a 0-60mph. run. I set the car up with my old Canon Elura on the roll bar. It worked in the garage, but died. So all the incar prep work with the iPhone Stopwatch failed. It was fun anyway .. I used the computer and the iPhone Stopwatch. The car shifts into 3d. gear at 62mph. Anyway, I was disappointed, I thought the car was much faster. Next time I won't focus on the iPhone. But hook up the car'

85 C4 corvette Tpi 406 Chip Performance

If you have a problem with this video, please send us a message.*** INFORMATION FROM OWNER "KROM1376": WHEELS: The IROC wheels were temporary. They happened to be the same size as the original wheels but now there are Grand Sport Wheels on it. ENGINE: Small black 400 bored .030 to a 406. It's out of a 1972 3/4 ton Blazer. It's only a 2 bolt but I have never had any issue with any 2 bolt build as long as you are not building an all out race car. HEADERS: The headers are a set of 202's. I'm not sure what they are off of, only that they are late 60's to early 70's 350 heads with 76 cc chambers. I had to have the steam holes drilled for the 400. INTAKE: Stock intake was only temporary, using a modified stealth ram now. Corvette C4 1986 Frankenstein Restoration For Sale
This is my 1986 Corvette. My wife named him Frankenstein. Frankie for short. I restored this car from the ground up. It was a neglected C4 Corvette. I got the car with a new built up 350 engine. I restored the entire car myself. I painted it, reupholstered the seats, new black interior, weatherstripping, air conditioning system. I changed the 700R4 trans to a 4+3 Doug nash transmission. I also rebuilt the 4+3 overdrive myself. New tires, brakes, rack & pinion. Upgraded the alternator, new digital dash. I can go on and on, but lets just say. This car is like a brand new 1986 Corvette. It has it all. You wont find one swirl in my black paint. Its black glass. I have never done so much work on a car.





2015 Corvette Z06 - Top Speed Acceleration & Sound
2015 Corvette Z06 with Z07 performance package. 659 PS and 881 Nm of torque from a 6.2 liter supercharged pushrod V8 and a soundtrack like no other ;) as you can see, the aerodynamic downforce generated by the Z07 Performance Pack is holding back the car at high speeds, but it´s also the reason for it being an absolute monster on the track! It destroyed our fastest production car lap (991 turbo S) at Sachsenring by TWO seconds, the track performance is just unbelievable!!





C4 Corvette Climate Control Codes
C4 Corvette check engine light, or in this case check air conditioning system light can be used to diagnose what is wrong with your climate control system. The light above the climate control buttons will flash indicating a problem and you can check the codes by holding the up and down fan buttons for 5sec. The 1984 C4 Corvette Targa Top, it needs a Huge amount of detail work it will take a year or two but it is sound as far as the mech. stuff, good drivetrain, passable seats for a driver burns zero oil and drives hands off at 75. The bad part is the amount of detail work - temp. paint touchup and in a couple years Paint, all the carpet is bad, it needs rear tires real bad who would have thunk, rubbers on the shocks have shrunk and clunk loudly, needs a radio, Im sure a few bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends and such need replaced and lots of little items but with only a 205 Hp. Crossfire injected engine with a mild cam it is much more powerfull then I would have thought, it must be the light weight body. Well wish me luck this will take forever Rob





C4 Corvette Cutaway Console and modules
When the fourth generation Corvette was introduced in 1984, many innovative build techniques were implemented. Early Corvette amenities were becoming standard equipment while new options filled every available inch of dash space. The 1984-1989 C4 dash had more modules and controllers to integrate behind an already tight dash area. 1990-1996 Corvettes added more modules along with airbags to the already restricted dash space. After years of working with C4′s, it was apparent that any one without good information would have a difficult time diagnosing electrical issues. Repairing would also be difficult because many internal dash components can not be seen. For example, anyone that has had the daunting task of replacing a heater core in a C4 knows how tough the dashboard is to work on. C4 body and chassis construction was another area that was new to the automotive industry. Stranded fiberglass body panels were no longer used, as Sheet Molded Composite (SMC) panels were implemented. The SMC panels were similar in construction with the exception of two epoxy panels sandwiched as a mat material. In this application, the epoxy panels and mat are pressed under high pressure in a mold to form body panels. Chassis and body are then integrated as uni-body construction, requiring different repair techniques for both body and chassis. We often wondered if anyone at GM had to replace a taillight bulb or service an antenna.
