Invoiced on February 27, 1964 to Fergus Ford of Skokie, Illinois, it was equipped with the Class A accessory package, which included chromed 5.5-inch wire wheels with "AC" knock-offs, a quick-fill fuel cap, dash-mounted rear-view mirror, wind wings, radio and antenna and chromed bumperettes.
